Came through your drive thru 2 days ago and got limeade drinks and when I got home (in Caldwell) I went to try one it was nothing but seltzer water, so I tried the other and it was the exact same same. I guess I'm done with this location. VERY DISPLEASED!!!

I had ordered my food and it came out pretty fast and was delicious but the service was awful. There was a lady named Ashley? I don’t remember it was something like that but she was very rude. She brought out my food and didn’t look too happy and just kind of shoved my food through the window.

I always love their shakes. The lady at the drive through, cheyane I think her name was, was very polite and quick to get my order ready. Too bad the person who bought out my food on skates wasn't that enthusiastic.

I would love to give them a great rating. i can't. we went there a few days ago. they didn't give us part of our order. since that day I've been trying to contact them. I've gotten thru and they refuse to do anything about it! how can you miss a freaking meal?! how can you then refuse to try and do the right thing by a customer?! emails, comments... doesn't matter they are ignored or purposely misunderstood or just deleted! it got so bad with yall purposely misunderstanding you started talking about a coupon I didn't ask about! I have proof!! you asked multiple times for the receipt. it was given each time! and you still STILL can't fix your screw up!! This is bull crap!!
I placed my order and within 1 minute it was being delivered. So I knew it wasn't going to be freshly cooked. Chicken strips were cold, French fries tasted like the oil needed to be changed. This is the second time we had been there since remodel and will never go back. McDonalds and Braums have just got our business.

Horrible food. Deplorable . The coney dog was a mess. The lemonade cream slush was missing. The grilled cheese was uncooked, smeared with ketchup and had brown bits sticking in the cheese. Fries were cold.
