Walked in with my daughter to order cookies and use the restroom. They made us wait until both employees completed all the online orders before we could get our 3 cookies. They were passive aggressive when I asked if I had to wait until all the online orders were done then the younger girl told me online was priority to in store customers. One employee should work online while the other employee works in store customers. Obviously… I don’t recommend this subway while driving through. Horrible service and you have to buy something to use the bathroom which is very weird.

Walked in and one person is working the front, with several people in line. The other employee had to be called up front to help, but she was SLOW. Took over 30 min to place our order & have our sandwiches made. Got in car (road trip) and our bread was so STALE it crumbled everywhere and made a huge mess in the car. Bread that stale should NOT be used for sandwiches. Plus the store had multiple online orders, which the only decent worker was trying to fill and wAit in customers. Owner of this location needs to pay more attention to their business.

They refuse to fill any order properly. They refuse to answer their phone after they send these subs out knowing they screwed the customer. They've been doing this for months. We have limited choices in eateries so we're stuck, but spending this kind of money just to get over charged and under served isn't right! Subway and its staff are robbing wellington ks customers blind. They don't care, they don't fix the mistakes. They stor up so much chaotic drama and pretend they're innocent after purposely messing up! They need to be shut down. They need to be boycotted. They need to overhaul and retrain or hire new people to train them right.

I called to fix an order and the lady who answered the phone was very rude about the wrong order saying "Well what do you want me to do about it?" and in a rude tone. I just wanted my order fixed.

I ordered a 6 inch sandwich, bag of chips, and 2 cookies. I did not get my chips or cookies. I tried my best to get what was not given to me, and they would not give me the stuff I ordered. I tipped the doordasher and he did not give me my stuff.

I called to fix a mistake that happened with my order and the staff were super rude about the whole thing, I was calm about it since I work in fast food and yeah mistakes happen but then they said they would fix my order and that never happened and I didnt get my food.
I ordered the Spicy Italian protein bowl. It was a fairly large bowl and was very filling with all the normal sandwich toppings just without the bread to make it a low carb option. I highly recommend!
Dietary restrictions: Love the protein bowl option instead of sandwiches to make the meal low carb for those following a keto or low carb diet, problems with gluten or just want a healthier option.
