Good coffee, but nothing over the top as far as service. Wanted to order a pastry but seemed to be rushed through coffee order.

Big Palestinian flag chalked on their countertop. Noped right out of there and will no longer be purchasing their beans or coffee.

This is my go-to "work from home" coffee shop for a few hours in the morning. The drinks are good, but I've always been a fan of Roasterie Coffee. The only reason I didn't give them a 5th star, is they frequently turn up the music around 8am to an almost deafening level for a coffee shop. It's rather obnoxious and usually forces me to leave so I can continue to concentrate.

I brought a tour group (bachelorette party) on a coffee tour and this stop was perfect. We were there for the Roasterie’s 30th anniversary celebration so we tasted their Birthday Cake Latte. The outside patio is perfect for a larger group, or if you’re bringing your dog out for a pup cup. Friendly staff.

We enjoy this coffee shop for cold brews! My favorite is the Iced brown sugar oat milk espresso shaken with vanilla. The breakfast Sandwiches are pretty good in a pinch. We like the chorizo burrito. Great location and super friendly service... Just not speedy.

Walking into this cafe, I was optimistic that it would be a good place to spend an hour reading before I had to go somewhere else. It's full of natural light and both comfortable chairs and good tables. However, I will think twice before returning. While the pumpkin muffin was almost perfect, my drip coffee was a bit weak and the heavy rock music was so unpleasant and dissonant that I didn't enjoy my time there and will look for another cafe next time I'm in the area. Cafes should be quiet and relaxing places, meant for refreshment and recharge, and any music should contribute to that. I'm also confused about the pride flag and products, since June is long over. I prefer to patronize ideologically neutral businesses.

Great neighborhood coffee shop! Lots of variety of drinks and pastries. I often work here- there's good low key music, fast wifi, and plenty of outlets. I love the welcoming staff and inclusive vibe.

I just needed my specify coffee before heading out to do things one afternoon. Wonderful parking as the attendant allowed me to park in front of the hotel temporally for five minutes to get my coffee!

I recently visited this coffee shop and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the service. When I walked in, no one even acknowledged my presence at the counter. I waited for a good 10 minutes before leaving, despite there only being six other people in the entire venue whom were all seated. While the interior of the coffee shop was quite exquisite and matched the brand, it was all for naught without proper service. It's a shame that the staff couldn't even muster the effort to provide basic customer service, because it really detracted from what could have been a lovely experience.Overall, I would not recommend this coffee shop to anyone. The lack of attention to customer service is simply unacceptable and completely ruins the otherwise lovely atmosphere. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your caffeine fix. First impressions are everything.

The barista was very friendly and even gave suggestions to my friends when they didn't know what they'd want. The vibes are super chill and the area has huge windows so it feels open. Their coffee is great too!

Kansas City‘s Roasterie locations are something KC residents can be proud of. True to their craft, forward leaning and architecturally diverse, Roasterie locations set a high bar for the Kansas City retail business community. This location features high ceilings and an abundance of midday light that creates a contemplative atmosphere with ample comfortable seating. Situated near Plaza West and Westwood, it provides the ideal setting for a business or social meetings along with ample parking. Enjoy Kansas City.
