Poor customer service. They’ll mess up your order, then you’ll sit down hungry, ready to eat, only to see the order is incorrect. Next you’ll tell them, get no apology or concern, and they’ll even charge you a second time for the ingredients they forgot to include the first time. I’ve had a bad experience with their service three consecutive times.

Id like to preface this review by saying the 2 friends I went with were going specifically for gluten free options and had a good experience. I, on the other hand, did not and I won't be returning.I payed $30 for a double bacon cheesburger that was way over cooked(past well done) and sweet potato fries that were way overly thick cut resulting in a soggy mess. I ordered the sweet potato fries specifically for the harissa sauce which there was a pathetic drizzle of on top.The burger was actually not bad considering how over cooked it was but I had my friends try the sweet potato fries and we all agreed they were awful. I certainly wont be returning to pay $30 for that kind of meal ever again.

The girl at the front seemed annoyed by everything i asked and was very short with her responses kind of rude but i think that might just be KC at this point especially when talking to someone of color. I ended up not ordering anything because her stank attitude ruined my appetite.

Got a tip that this spot had good milkshakes. I popped in and grabbed one, but also got a burger. The Pure Burger was DELICIOUS! I snagged the Broadway Joe shake and was pleased with it. I prefer a finer blend, but the flavors were good. Very chill spot. Nice for a burger spot. I carried out, but will return to dine in!

Katie at the Westwood location makes absolutely amazing custard! Gloria makes the best tacos ever! The entire staff is very professional which creates an awesome overall experience!

Selection is unique and delicious. Staff was very helpful (and happy to do so) in talking us through the menu and offering suggestions. Not being from KC, it was a great experience where the meal was very tasty.
Great food , all 3 of us tried a variety of things , my wife did order barking pig and I did get a bite and it was AMAZING, my the Goat was great also , my chicken sandwich was good also but maybe should of tried the hotter spices...

I always really enjoy the food and shakes here. I ordered pick up today, and it was fairly busy. When I ordered the vanilla bean espresso shake that I normally do, it looked different. I decided to try it in store to make sure it was correct. I’ve ordered this shake many times, and I could tell that it wasn’t the same because there was no espresso flavor. The young lady behind the counter noticed me waiting, and I asked if the shake was right because it didn’t look or taste the same at all. She looked at the girl who made the shake and asked her if it was right, and she said yes. I said okay and was quickly ignored (probably because they were busy). Like i say the food is always great, but I’m fairly upset with the service I received tonight. I wish the issue would’ve been rectified in some way.

i *INHALE* the truffle fries every time I come here. Fries FIRST!! The tacos are really good, I enjoy the vegetarian ones! Anything with pesto is a win with me. The veggie quesadilla is super good if you’re an avocado lover! They also have a wide drink variety from citrus water to delicious shakes. Whether you need a quick snack, dessert, or a full meal, this is the place to go.
Cool spot with great vegan options! Loved the impossible burger on the portobello set up! Prices were good too!

I've never been to this place since I live in Colorado but while visiting my parents while my Dad goes through chemo at KU Med we went to lunch here. The best lunch ever!! I had the ancient grain bowl with chicken and oh my gosh it was my perfect lunch. Healthy, fresh and full of flavor!! My Dad had the fish and chips and he enjoyed it greatly! My sis had the egg BLT sandwich and said it was so good! My Mom had the side of sweet potatoes and loved them. Everything is so delicious and I just wish we had one here in Fort Collins!! What is crazy is that they carry our local hot sauce brand, Horsetooth hot sauce. I thought that was so cool!!
