I've never been disappointed at 7 Brew. No matter which location I visit in Wichita, they are always the most friendly staff I encounter. It's like talking to a friend everytime I go. 7 Brew Customer Service is unmatched. Conversation just flows like old friends. I've tried several 7 Brew coffees, warm and cold and love them all. They get my order right everytime. Even when I ask them what I should try, those are amazing as well. I try my coffee before pulling away and if I think it needs a little more coconut milk they are happy to add it. Sometimes you just want a great cup of coffee without spending a ridiculous amount of money. I only get that cup of coffee at 7 Brew.

Was very disappointed today... We stopped by this morning for coffee as we often do on Sunday and usually it would be a 5 star experience. This morning it wasn't the usual experience. When we arrived there was only one car in front of us, we thought this will be quick. Well we were wrong. Our drinks came out and we're sitting on the stand while the server continued to talk to the person in the car ahead of us. The server finally bought us our coffee's and then went back to the car in front of us and continued to talk. Luckily there wasn't anyone behind us because we had to back up and go around d the car in front of us. Then when we tasted our coffees there was no flavor at all. Just not what we are used to.

I am more pleased than I am not with my experience today at 7brew. Only neg I can speak of is, I asked for NO whip, foam or room and I did end up with foam and there is room still at the top of my cup. But like I said, I am definitely more pleased than I am not. And staff was VERY pleasant, engaged in conversation and friendly. And the cost was better than expected. Thank you, I will be back at some point.

This is my favorite seven brew. Always quick and always super friendly, but not overly so. I watched someone here help a man through a breakup. I get that they’re paid to be friendly here, but what she did went beyond her paycheck and came from the heart. Keep being amazing!

They’re always so nice and so sweet there they always get my order right and if they ever get it wrong, they always fix it Cora the manager is really sweet. They’re just so friendly. They always always have attitude and she’s like always a positive environment when you go there like you’re never gonna be upset because they will always get you right :)
