I hate leaving negative reviews… but i was not impressed. Figured i would try it for the first time because i was curious about a new store being built in my town. Got a Blondie- not a quarter into the drink, i feel like im going to be sick. I can handle a fair amount of caffeine in my system- so im not sure if that was the issue- or if something else was going on- i just know i won’t be back

I love this place and I always get a medium Blondie. It is not too sweet, which is what usually happens at other places. Also, not to bitter. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Disgusting. Not real coffee so if you want a swig of sugary flavoring that you can purchase at the grocery store, go for it. Service was ridiculously slow for a cup of coffee. They didn’t care how many cars were in line, they kept flapping their lips and had no organization. There muffin top—also disgusting. Not fresh, in a package from a convenience store is what it tasted like.

I typically LOVE 7 BREW, but the last 2 times I have been there the person taking the orders was NOT helpful. I am needing a GOOD Sugar Free option and they have NO idea what to suggest, or what is really offered in Sugar Free. The last 2 drinks have NOT been great, I basically throw them in the trash, especially the one that I received today, is not good........ SAD that a sugar free option is not there for people who still like 7 Brew. I will not be going back because of that, hate it but if there are no better Sugar Free Options then I have to go somewhere that offers that.

They need a dr ive-thru ordering machine waiting on the workers to go up one by one to the car and take orders. It takes TOO LONG and often sends me away to Starbucks or scooters.

This is my favorite coffee shop in town! I feel like the prices are pretty fair and standard for most coffee shops. (My go to is a medium iced blonde with toasted marshmallow and cold foam. Comes out to about $6.00).The drinks can be easily customized with a ton of variety available. Their staff is always willing to provide drink recommendations and if you don't like it they offer to make another kind for you. I enjoy the fast paced atmosphere, I can order and be through their drive through in 5 minutes. I have never met an unfriendly or unenthusiastic staff member since they have opened. I wish they would open a location on the west side of Wichita! The only thing I would love to see for the Central location (unsure if the others have the same issue) is for management to fix the outside heating system for their staff. Cultivating kindness includes providing staff with essential accommodations in this winter weather :)(Would rate this place 5 stars if this was fixed)
Andrew from Albuquerque deserves a promotion and a raise!! He was in Wichita training for the week during a snow storm and went out of his way to get his ice scraper to help us! Of course their coffee was good, as it always is! Genuinely recommend the blondie, it's delicious!

It is the best coffee drink I’ve ever had! I usually have to personalize a lot but the iced Blondie is perfect! It is also the only ACTUAL 2 lane drive through any others eventually feed into one lane and that can mean delays, so even with a line I know it will take less than 5 minutes! Friendly staff as well

Let me say first, that I love 7Brew. Also I am from a different state. I was very happy to find a 7 Brew in town. Excited to stop and get my favorite drink. Yet we were so disappointed. The drink was so full of ice I had to send it back so I could get my straw in. They dumped half and just filled it with tea. It was not properly made and sub par to taste. My husband's drink was not properly made either. I normally love my 7 Brew experience. Was very disappointed in the Wichita location.
