Very poor service orders are always short . Will not eat there again. After talking to young manager about being shorted. My order was once again shorted. Must be replaced to fix the stores problems in my experience with taking care of customers

It all started when we walked in with coupons we got in the mail for a&w the guy working immediately told is he can't except them for ljs we told him that's fine they are for a&w and then he told us he could except them but could give us a dollar off then they didn't have any othe the veggies that go on our sandwiches and told us they do not upgrade the fries for cheese curds even though there sign says they do I should of took a picture of the sign but the atmosphere just felt heavy with all the attitude in the air between the worker and my wife we just wanted to get out of there my wife didn't even eat her food fries was cold an we felt super unwanted I understand it was almost closing time but guess what it wasn't closing time and we also spent 30 dollars of our hard earned money so if you don't like your job maybe you should consider quiting instead of getting upset with last minute customers to the point where your so irritated you decided your not going to honor your own coupons

The food wasn't that good to be honest they do not season they're hamburgers, and it's like they deepfry everything in the same fryer, also I ordered shrimp and it came in a big box and when I opened it there were 5 pieces of shrimp.

I just stopped in on my lunch. Went through the drive thru and ordered the double cheeseburger meal. The fries were old and stale the cheeseburger was gross I couldn't even finish it. The meat tasted old the bread was hard. This was my 1st time ever going there and I will not return to the location on Maize Rd.
