I just stopped in on my lunch. Went through the drive thru and ordered the double cheeseburger meal. The fries were old and stale the cheeseburger was gross I couldn't even finish it. The meat tasted old the bread was hard. This was my 1st time ever going there and I will not return to the location on Maize Rd.

We didn’t end up eating here. It was 3 hours before they closed and all the chairs where turned upside down on the tables. The place smelled like sewer and the only visible employee was sitting on the floor behind the counter when we decided to not eat here.

These guys aren't closed permanently as the Maps indicates. They have odd hours. Their $4 coney is not what I remember A&W coneys to be. Dry dark chili sauce. Less than flavorful. The bread and hot dog did not seem fresh. I asked for mustard and onion and got them served in a plastic container on the side ... no plasticware. I guess I'm supposed to dip my hot dog. I won't come back.

The new hours of this location are 11a-7p. I pulled up around 6:15 and couldn't tell if they were open as all the outside lights, signage, order box were off.. they were open though. I couldn't see the order box so I had to pull up the menu on my phone. I did have to wait about 20 minutes for my food, which was fine as I'm sure they were extremely slow due to the weather and fresh food is preferred. After waiting I paid and then waited another few minutes. After the lady handed me my food she said she didn't have enough fish but gave me an extra Mac and cheese instead... I was there for over 20 minutes and not once did she tell me this, she just made the decision for me of what to spend my money on. We could have easily came to a solution that I would have been pleased with if she had alerted me.. she then pretended like she gave me a 5% discount. She wasn't offering anything to resolve the situation, saying they were closing... I put my order in around 45 minutes before they were closing! To add insult, I had asked for a side of crunchies and did not receive the extra, any at all with the food, and none on top of the macaroni (which they are advertised to be on). So she gave me an extra incomplete item?! I didn't find this out until I was home... if she would have told me it would have been fine! It was just very rude and it didn't have to be like that. She needs some serious training on how to handle other peoples money and how not to lie to customers. If anything, I could have just went somewhere else and they could have kept pretending to be closed!

So I worked late last night and on my home was going to get my once a year treat, Long John Silvers. I know, no lecture needed, it's maybe once a year. So this is a first for me. The gal taking orders in the drive thru was so rude, and it seemed like such a bother to her, that I said, you know what? If the service is this bad, I'm sure the food is the same. I'll go elsewhere. So as I drove by the window on my way to Chipotle, I also got a dirty look. I will never go back, my Chipotle was amazing, and I'm sure it was God saying I didn't need the grease. One star because it won't let me post a no star rating.

Receipt right burger wrong. Asked for papa burger no tomato extra onions. Got huge tomatoes no onions. Plus cold burger. 2:00 no one but me there.

I waited an hour in line finally got to the speaker I ordered when I got to the window my order was wrong I kindly asked for them to correct I even paid the extra for it to be corrected they didn't give me the right sized drink I ordered a large and it was on my receipt large she rolled her eyes when she gave me the correct size told me I needed to pull to the front because she had to drop different stuff we waited out front when she came and brought us the food I asked if there was tarter sauce she answered me as she was walking away I of course inspect my food after I got it because of the way I was treated in this whole experience my son didn't have fries there was no sauce and no hush puppies overall it was a terrible experience
