We had an amazing experience dining here! Our waitress, Hanna, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The Italian food was top-notch—every dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and definitely ask for Hanna if you can!

Came in for lunch with my wife. Great service and great food. We started with the calamari appetizer. The calamari pieces were fried perfectly and came with two dipping sauces: marinara and horseradish. For our entrees, I ordered the eggplant parmesan and my wife ordered the chicken parmesan sandwich. Both entrees were delicious. They also have an extensive cocktail and wine list for those who may like to drink. My martini was strong, but very smooth. We will definitely be back!

Albero Bistro is my family’s favorite restaurant in Wichita. The food is delicious, creative, and generously portioned. The prices are reasonable, and we always feel like we can order whatever we want without being concerned about price. The service is warm and attentive. The space is comfortable and conducive to a great time. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing place with VERY reasonable prices, attentive staff, fast service, and GREAT food! Got the drunken salmon and it was AMAZING. It was sadly empty when I showed up, but it should always be packed for how great it was!

A great experience. No dairy free cheese. But was easy to get around that. Gluten free pasta was great. This was one I will return to.

First time I had flatbread very good. I order the spaghetti and meatballs, it was wonderful. The meatballs had a velvet like feel, and very flavorful, sauce had a nice spicy not too sweet flavor. My mom had a chicken sandwich, also very good. The sandwich came with homemade potato chips very very good. We split a tiramisu was awesome, one of the best I have had.

The food was great the service was good and if you are getting low on you drink and they see they will just randomly get you a new refile and if you ask for a to go box they will put your food in the box for you the only thing is that the bread is a little dry and the butter is to cold the wipe on the bread.

Vegetarian options: There is plenty of options

Parking: There is somewhat cars there but it's easy to did parking

Kid-friendliness: You can split the adult meal for two kids or get a kids meal

I don’t typically do food reviews because as the owner of a food business I completely understand off days. But tonight my Fiancée and I decided to visit Albero Bistro and disappointed would be an understatement. Our Food came out lukewarm to say the least. And it just simply wasn’t good. We ordered the shrimp dip as an appetizer, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t hot and the bread was hard but we saved our appetites all day for our date night so we ate it. My fiancée ordered the Chicken Cesar sandwich, with a side salad (the salad was the best thing we had) and I ordered the Gramigna which I was so excited about because it sounded so good, I also added a side of shrimp. It came out dry and I had to add a side of sauce. At first glance and bite it wasn’t bad but as I got into the dish it just wasn’t good, the pork was cooked poorly as you can see, very bland, no browning and very rubbery.

My fiancée sent her sandwich back because it had a fishy taste. When we told the waiter she informed us that the dressing had anchovies in it as if we weren’t aware that anchovies are an ingredient in Cesar dressing. She decided to change it out for a burger, after we waited almost 20 min for a (again we were the only people in the restaurant) and we saw through the mirror the “chef” microwaving her food we said forget it and asked for the check. Also the waiter never removed our dirty dishes off the table. Guys we were the only people in the restaurant 😔 😞 luckily we truly enjoy each others company and this didn’t ruin our night. I was really looking forward to a good meal and this just wasn’t it.

On my last visit to Albero Bistro I wasn't too impressed with what was ordered but I felt like they deserved another try. I figured I'd pick an item off their "specials" menu because I assumed those were the more higher end dishes they serve. The Braised Beef Ravioli sounded like something I'd enjoy. It was on the pricier end for a lot of the items. For the portion size of the dish, it didn't seem like a good value, but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy what I ordered. It came with a mushroom rosa sauce that was abundant with different flavors, but they were subtle at the same time. The ravioli was cooked well and you could tell they weren't put together in a factory. The actual beef in it you could taste was braised and had a little natural flavor. Fresh grated parmesan was sprinkled on top along with some that was shaved. You can tell it was right off the block. If you've seen the price of parmesan cheese lately, you have to appreciate any amount they put in there. And the basil was like magic happening in my mouth. I'd have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my second visit to Albero Bistro, and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a casual Italian style restaurant in NE Wichita.
