They were supposed to close at 11:30pm but they decided to close at 11pm instead. Change the hours if you guys don't live up to it.

Disappointed with my experience at Andy's. Despite shelling out $22 for three medium concretes, I found the amount of toppings to be lacking. Two concretes with Oreos, caramel, and hot fudge, and one with pecans, but none had enough toppings to justify the steep price. While the ice cream itself was good, getting more toppings for my money would have greatly improved my experience.

I went to this location today. The last 2 times I have been there have been awful experiences. The last visit, I paid for 2 large concretes and was given half filled cups for a large price, nothing like the pictured large concretes, and like the review before mine was told this is how we are told to make them. The girl identifying herself as a manager came to my car and apologized and said that how empty the cups were was not acceptable and she would talk the the employees. Fine. I decided to go today, there were 2 girls working. I got 2 large thin mint concretes. One of the girls was kind and filed the cup as advertised. The second girl, who I've seen numerous times and has an eye that's abnormal it seems (sorry, I don't have a name and this is an identifier to who she is), handed me the concrete she made and it was missing a quarter of the cup of ice cream so I asked her why it was so empty if I'm paying for a large and the advertised Andy's picture clearly shows filled cups, she said that's how they are told to make them. I asked her to please add ice cream as I paid for a large and she grabbed the cup, rolled her eyes and slammed the window closed, and let me just say, she's gonna roll her eyes at the wrong person one day. She didn't add toppings, just ice cream, so I didn't get what I paid for and proceeded to have the nice girl hand it to me. I'm done dealing with this location, which is sad as it's close to home. I will drive to the College Hill location where they are nice, or I will stop going to Andy's altogether.

Finding out you are out of cookie butter custard when you wait 15 minutes in the drive thru and start to order. Poor employee knowledge and training. Like coming here until know.

To the girl who did the drive thru window tonight at 8:17pm-super professional with the hurry up hand gesture and then slamming the window saying “peace the *explicit* out” we were the only ones there and I was putting my card away in my wallet. Not quite sure what your hurry was but it was super disrespectful and uncalled for. This is my husbands favorite dessert spot and we chose to come here on our kid-less date night. Super disappointed.

My wife and I were excited to finish up our date night at Andy's tonight. The woman who was running the register for the drive thru window apparently was in quite a rush to get us on our way she chose to wave us along and use some select foul language towards us. I didn't find that to be necessary as there was no one else in the drive thru behind us. It was very unprofessional and concerning considering how frequently we visit this location. Hopefully, this employee can receive some extra customer service training and not act like she did tonight towards anyone else.

First impressions mean everything for a consumer, and this location failed tremendously considering this was my first visit, which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far….Wanted some ice cream and decided to try something new, initially I ordered a banana split, BYO Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Concrete and Oreo Cookie Concrete. Needless to say there was nothing concrete about this ice cream. It gets worse, The Banana split had a very very thin layer of icecream, so thin I couldn’t see it, just a very small banana and a cup full of toppings. I politely asked the manager if they’d forgot the icecream. The manager explained that is how it’s supposed to look. I then offered to pay extra for more icecream. The Lady employee, took the banana split and threw everything in a cup, minus the strawberries and handed it to me and closed the window! I couldn’t believe it. What a huge disappointment and waste of $7. Worst experience for a first time customer and I don’t NOT recommend this location to anyone!0 ⭐️
So good. I always get vanilla and chocolate scoops. I took my dog there for his birthday. You can ask for a sample and it is like a small pup cup

About three nights ago, I pulled through Andy's after having the most awful day ever I was trying my best to hold back tears when a young girl about my age came to my window to take my order, she obviously knew I was struggling but she just took my order then went back inside as I was waiting in the drive-through I just started having a full breakdown and when I pulled to the window she handed me my ice cream and she just simply asked me if I was Ok and if I needed anything and she told me she loved me as I pulled away...and it wasn't that she said anything grand or special, but just her a few words of kindness made my whole night. I felt so bad because I couldn't even get out any words to say back to her, and I felt rude as I pulled off. But I really just wanted to thank her because I didn't catch her name She was just a really sweet girl and I hope the best for her! every time I've been to Andy's they are always the sweetest young people working there! And I just think it's funny how you can run into the right person, at the right time, exactly when you need them

I give up on Andy's. The service here keeps getting slower and the shakes are never blended anymore. Also, there is no way there's a whole slice of pie in a medium shake when the bottom half is unblended vanilla. If you're going to give me the DQ experience, I expect DQ prices.
