We stopped tonight as a special treat. Ordered two medium vanilla cones and a birthday cake shake. This is what they handed out the window. I confirmed with the young man that THIS was a medium cone (because it was barely a scoop of custard). Honestly, I dont think he bothered to listen to what I was asking (he's the one that took our order) because he said something about it being a cake cone I ordered, not a waffle. I must have come away looking shocked. He apologized for my confusion (?) and handed my son a coupon for a free sundae. Gee thanks. It expires in an hour (8/31/25). We paid $2.99 for each of these cones. If this is a true medium at Andy's, beware. And maybe stick with going to Brahms.

It was disheartening to watch the manager on duty belittle and yell at the staff. It didn't look like anyone wanted to be there.
This is the most delicious custard I’ve ever had. Coming from an ex Freddy employee who was pretty good at making my own flavor combos this tops it hands down. Never getting Freddy’s custard again and I got a free cup!!!
