We ordered the artichoke dip, it was old with huge chunks, not good. When we received the food she said sorry it took so long, they wernt even busy. My sons burger was ordered pink it was over cooked. My daughteres chicken was burnt. The frys were old and there was a hair in my burger. I asked ro speak to the manager, told her of the problem. She didnt even apologize or offer to make things right all she said was we wouldnt be charged. I said yeah. And that it. We will never be returning to this location

It took a while for our food and drinks to come out and my steak was medium well when I ordered medium rare, but our server was new and she was doing her best, especially considering the power went out while we were there so I don't fault her at all.
The manager was also very nice and even though we were very understanding of the circumstances she still comp'd my steak.
