Went there a while back with my family and I ordered barbecue ribs I wanted honey barbecue ribs and they serve them to me and they were spicy and when I told their waitress they did nothing about it the supervisor there was rude about it I will never go back there and they're not that clean anymore and they suck

Slow service - seems like they didn't have enough waitstaff. I got the chicken pasta dish. The pasta had no seasoning, and the chicken had WAAAY too much salt (actually, it was the sauce on the pasta that was too salty) to the point that it was inedible. The artichoke dip was good, but it sat too long before they brought it out. Overall, could have been much, much better.

I just deleted a 5 star review from this restaurant I am very sad to say I had the worst of the extreme worst of experience in any restaurant I have ever been to. Let me start by saying on 11/10 my girlfriend and I had the best steaks ever. Orderd the bourbon street steak my girlfriend ordered med and I ordered med rare with the mushrooms and onions and the garlic butter sauce that they are known for. It was freaking perfect and ordered a beer and a double short glass bacardi and Pepsi. The extra shot came separate. We spent 65,82 and a 20 dollar tip. Was very excited about going back tonight on November 15 at 645 pm. I ordered a double bacardi and Pepsi in a small glass and it came in a tall glass . The little woman ordered a beer. She ordered the bourbon street steak med I ordered and Evan asked if they could make the ribeye as same sauce as the bourbon street steak the waitress said yes. And I asked for extra mushrooms and onions. She said no problem. We'll my steak came perfectly cooked but only had mushrooms on it the waitress said they would remake it well it came back overcooked my girlfriends steak was rare. We asked for broccoli for one of our sides and the waitress told us that have recalled there broccoli and would bring coleslaw and she never brought it out. I asked for the manager her name is Roni I showed her my steak and asked her if this was there med rare and she told me no but the best she could do was to give me the employee discount my bill came to 41.90. I truly do not know what has happened 7 days later from having the best dining experience to a total cluster mess. Sorry Applebee's. But I realy feel like I needed to take down my 5 star post and post this

There are better Applebee's locations in town. This one was very middle of the road. The inside is run down. The booths are very worn and a lot of them are ripped. They need to be re-apolstered. It was very loud. There was a big family celebrating a birthday. We went out with a couple friends. The appetizers were good. The food was about the same as always. The boys had hamburgers. The girls had chicken. Nothing special or over the top. They were missing the gummy candies they normally put in their drinks.

Well, it was kinda late.So we had the appetizers, and they were very good, and atmosphere was okay.Food was excellent service.A little bit slow, but very nice and hospitable
The absolute worst service and food I have ever received ever at this establishment! The pictures are of the bland cold food we left behind after paying and being offered to have my mashed potatoes microwaved because they were still cold! After I stated that if I wanted microwaved food I would have just ate at home then never did see our waitress again. After I paid for my food and didn’t get a receipt from the machine at the table I had to ask the girl who sat us to get us a paper receipt since we never did see our server again, she proceeded to go get the server who I watched print out three receipts and then disappears, and of course all the manager can say is she’s been out here I’ve been watching her yes she was on the floor but never once came and checked on her table after she asked if I wanted my food microwaved she worried about sweeping and cleaning and forgetting to give service to the paying customers! What makes me the most mad when I told the manager this has been the worst experience and her statement was why because of the potatoes! I will never ever come to this Apple bees to eat again and that’s sad because before we got there I told my husband this is one of the best ones in Wichita well they proved that absolutely wrong tonight!!!!!

Don't go out to eat much but when I do I want good food that don't happen very often last time I was at Applebee's probably 5 years ago I will not be going back any time soon if a manger reads this post don't have me copy and paste it or contact are Wichita team that's your response to everyone that don't take care of the problem just a easy way out food needs to come to the table hot and taste good that didn't happen
