I originally wrote the review while we were almost done eating but the experience just got worse. I rate restaurants to give them legitimate feedback to get better from. First, the waiter was trying too hard to get a tip and sell himself, and have us give him a 5 star review, and it just seemed fake. One of my friends got a steak and asked for it medium, and it literally came back completely raw, not even rare. The outside was slightly cooked and that was it. If it contained E-Coli it could have sent him to the hospital. What was worse, is we told them and they apologized, they took it back to re cook it, and then sent it back out in under 5 minutes. The steak was STILL raw. So we go to pay and get our checks, and they itemized each item on our plates we didn't know were extra. The server sold us things we didn't know we were paying for. Then going to pay, they removed money from The check that had the steak on it, but because they had removed it the machine didn't register it and then we still have to pay it at the end, even though we showed the manager and they said well you still have to pay that amount... That felt like a money grab and for food that really wasn't good end of poor quality and fake service. I've been to many local restaurants that are not changed with much better service, pricing, and food. If Applebee's wants to survive the next 10 years they've got a really change what they're doing.

The bartender Berlyn Was very attentive and gave me great service. Lots of Glutrn Sensitive dishes. Hot honey chicken without waffle FF was delicious 😋

When I placed my order, I specifically asked the waitress to ensure my pasta was not served dry. However, when I received my bill, I noticed I was charged an additional $2. I had not requested a side or any modifications that would justify this charge. The waitress even confirmed that she had communicated this to the manager, Dennis.
When I brought this issue to the manager’s attention, I was met with unprofessionalism. Dennis informed me that if I did not pay the extra charge, he would call the sheriff. This level of treatment was not only unnecessary but also completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I do not expect to be treated with hostility over an unjust charge.
The children drinks didn't come out until they finished their dinner, and my breadstick came out after I asked for it when I was done with dinner. Dennis is very unprofessional he should not be a manager.
I would never go there again😔
