Arby's in Wichita

“Two people running this whole place on a Sunday, and they are killing it with the absolute best attitudes. Great communication between them and with customers. Brian was cranking out food in the back, and Flynn was up front running her booty off and providing service with a smile.“

“Stopped by for something quick after a long day of work and was totally amazed by the personality and pleasantness of Dustin.. Who made such an impression of how even fast food can be a pleasing delight. Keep up the great work.. We'll be back soon.“

“Stopped here to pick up quick lunch for the family at around 2pm today paid 47.70 for 4 meals, the tall young man that took my order and greeted me at the window did great and everything was fine until this lady I assume manager comes to the window while he was making our 4th drink and tells me he didn't get us for 4 meals and I told her yes he did I watched the screen as he rang it up and instead of giving us our food that had been sitting for 5 minutes already she took another 5 minutes investing our 4th drink that we paid for said it wasnt on reciept and it was, then asked me a 3rd time about sauce and I explained for a 3rd time lots of Arby's sauce because we got big sandwiches...... Get home 4 min drive, fries are cold as ice and not 1 packet of Arby's sauce only ketchup, spicy and horsey, 47 dollars worth of Arby's became dog food because we can't eat dry sandwiches and cold fries. I have to be at work at 3“

“The food was hot and fresh. Service was fast and very friendly. I have been in food industry for 30 years and one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. Even the bathrooms looked brand new like it just opened and has been there for years. Good job to the management and crew. Will definitely return when I'm on that side of town“

“Sometimes you just need a beef and cheddar and some curly fries, but dang when you have to threaten to cancel the order because they won't ring it upcorrectly and it's like $10 over what it should be according to the advertisements on the order screen, it makes you Wonder... Did they pick this person to hire just to make everyone else's life difficult? Otherwise yeah Arby's“

The customer service was absolutely on point. He did everything by the book. I think a huge congratulations in the commitment that he has with his career moving forward!“

“The food was okay the fries were very stale. The service was great they were super friendly and informative when I asked about products! They also had an appointment extremely clean establishment, even the bathrooms were impeccable so had to rate them well ❤️‍ will check back in on those fries later lol hopefully next time they'll be fresh“

“This location was very clean. Little hard to get to. Do to center media on Maple. Little dangerous making left or right turns. My wife & I are retired. We look for places that have healthy food & offer COUPONS. They make your dinner fresh while you wait. Much better than McDonald's cold food you may get. Love their curly fries & Turn Over Cherry Pies. My wife likes their French Dip & Swiss meal.“
