Went here 4/11/2024 3:58The he /she at the window was rude this has been multiple accousions. Some one needs to watch the cameras and see her / him customer service never dose she/ he ever say have a nice day she / he slammed the window after taking my order. Handed me my card connected to my drink .. the service sucks it ant nothing to say have a nice day or something rude and I know it ant the first complaint

When I stood in line I waited for my turn when the lady came up and the sad thing is that she had to be the manager no hi welcome do you want an upside your order no thank you half the fries were cold half the fries are warm

This the second time I've went with the man/ " women" is at the window I ask for 3 Arby's sauce I got 3 items he/she hands me arby and horsey sauce the first time I tooke has a accident and now it's the 2nd time . I've called multiple times no answer so I thought I make a review hope the person gets handle it's not a accident when it's twice it's rude when I pay for my food I should get the sauce I want at the least

The prices are getting crazy. Groceries aren't much better.
Arby's is the only place I can eat that doesn't upset my stomach with dairy ! I order the Super meal combo and love it every time! I highly recommend a visit! Much better than the big names!Dietary restrictions: You don't have to have cheese!

I've eaten here for years. Like most places the quality has gone down some and the price up quite a bit but overall still a decent meal and if you have coupons at a decent price. The recent remodel is really nice. One of the better fast food places in the area .
Very expensive for food made with no care. No lettuce, green tomatoes, was a hamburger deal but because they ran out of the crinkle fries and used the curly fries we got charged more. If anything we should have been compensated. The shakes that came with the meal were small and the chocolate shake wasn't chocolate. It tastes like vanilla that was slightly darker. You all know what I mean. Also they had bad attitudes. Won't be back there. Seriously will spend my money where it's appreciated and I'm treated like they are glad I'm there.

Terrible service waited over 15 min on a buffalo chicken just so he can grab a old nasty chicken patty . Then i ask to speak to the GM she goes "of you wanted it fresh" umm u just told me full time tf so wait ,15 min for old chicken why am u waiting for it to get older.
