Slow and incompetent about making sandwiches correctly. Getting a BLT expecting to have mayo as should to bit into a sandwich that has honey mustard on it is disgusting and foal made sandwich uneatable and complete was of my lunch just to be left hungry

Patrick went above and beyond without hesitation for a customer who had a disability. He confirmed where he wanted to sit, brought his food, filled up his drink, and even asked if he needed any sauce’s brought to him before the customer had even sat down. Very pleased to see someone so kind. The other two employees were friendly as well. They seemed to work very well as a team, food was great too!

Honestly, every time I come by this location, it's great. They are always fast, always kind, and the food is always fresh. We normally go with the classic beef and cheddar, but even when we mix things up or try their "new" items, it's always tasty. I love this location and am so glad to have it around.

Niki did an amazing job helping me and dealing with a very rude customer infront of me that lady acted like niki didnt tell her her order before she confirmed it then demanding a refund simply because she didnt want drinks after saying she did. Like lady make up your mind some of us wanted to eat to. But niki handled it without any questions or concerns and was way nicer then i would of been to the lady. Niki was such a sweet heart i dont think she is working in her full potential niki if you see this keep up the great work and ignore all those haters out there. And to that short girl "melany or melisha" whatever your name was dont be yelling at niki about sending her home and stuff because she handled that customer way better then most of the managers out there in the world. You was so rude and disrespectful i heard it all the way from my seat.

The food was Arby's food. Good luck trying to pull in here if you are in a car bigger than a Sedan. The service was good. The sanitation at that place was not good. The rim around the trash hole was covered in mold and food gunk. The bathroom did not have a fan in it. I walked in to wash my hands and almost lost my appetite.
