Meh. The mozzarella sticks were not even melted. Fries were clearly old and were Luke warm and some so over cooked they almost broke my tooth! The workers are the only reason I gave 3 stars. The restaurant was clean and the front counter service was friendly and awesome. The people cooking need to care about their job and prepare hot fresh food.

Food was good and fast, my fries were cold and not fresh, they are on top of keeping the restaurant very clean. They do greet you as soon as you come in and give you attention, however the supervisor was very loud and hard to enjoy the meal over that.

EVERY time I order the BAFFLO CHICKEN WRAP you guys give me the other one. EVERY. SINGLE. GOD. DANG. TIME. I was trying to let it go cause maybe they just over looked it but at this point I’ve ordered it maybe SIX times and it’s been the wrong wrap.At this point I don’t just want my money back for one order, but every single time it’s happened. DO BETTER.

Warning! I swear the following to be true. I don't normally eat Arby's for the same reasons nobody eats Arby's but I felt like a classic roast beef sandwich. So I offered the family this nostalgic meal. Needless to say my children will never request Arby's and have joined the majority. We ordered online, still waited in an empty drive thru while they finished up, maybe 5 min. 5 classic roast beefs, 2 large fries and 2 chicken sandwiches for almost $40.00. All Cold buns, maybe 3 slices of roast beef per, over cooked crumbs for fries and cold cheese sause to boot. I Most likely will never do that again, I'm sorry for the bad review but people work hard for money these days and a cold, slim, bready sandwich is not worth my time or money. I could have made a bologna sandwich that had more of "The Meat" as you put it, than that.

Best staff all around, they are engaging, courteous, well above average professionals @ every visit. The food is alwaaaays fresh & delicious. The tables are always clean, as are the floors.

Haven't been here in a while since service and food was awful for a while....tried again today....I was skeptical but I was way impressed by the improvements and the 2 people I saw working were great!
Pretty cool place, they're way over priced and the food is mediocre. Pretty sure my uncle ate out a tranny in their parking lot. But the Rubens, French Dips and Roast beef sandwiches are alright. I was talking to a employee there, apparently they only have 2 people working at once? That's crazy.

For the few years I've came to this location they've had the best customer service, there not forcing themselves to be nice the workers are just generally friendly people. I once went and my gyro was not very filled but the next time it was alot better, last time also the rubbers bread wasn't tasted. Still was worth it, I like this location 10/10

Friday 1:45 jan 20 2023. Two people ahead of me in the drive through, so i figured it would be fresh. The chicken was dry, Tortilla was tough on the Chrispy club chicken wrap ( I figured Chrispy was the chicken, not the wrap) nasty cheese. Fries were hot but greasy. 1 star all day. Customer service were not friendly. Very short. No "thank you " "your welcome " I know that's hard during these extremely tough times of taking orders and money but I'll never be back! Your commercials suck

Arbys on 21st and 129th is horrible. Nasty dirty people who never look clean. Managers all have attitudes. There seems to be alot going on there at night besides selling food. if you know what I mean. Not a safe place to be. Quality of food is horrible.
