The young lady that took my order was RUDE and her ATTITUDE was Couldnt be bothered with customers. I ordered a French Dip and after I paid she told me that they were out of the Au Jue. I almost dropped my order when she NEVER looked at me and she flew my order at me. Though this Arby's is close. I'm NOT going back. I DON'T want to give this any stars but I have to.

So i got the new loaded Italian sub and i must say, this sandwich is garbage and looks nothing like the picture they use to advertise it. I mean what a total disappointment.

Online says they close at 11:00pm I pulled into the drive thru at 10:40pm. All the lights were on and there were cars in the parking lot. They ignored me in the drive thru. I sat there for 5 minutes trying to get my order taken and nobody helped me! All I wanted was a shake. This is beyond frustrating and I will never give my business to this location again.

Stopped here to pick up quick lunch for the family at around 2pm today paid 47.70 for 4 meals, the tall young man that took my order and greeted me at the window did great and everything was fine until this lady I assume manager comes to the window while he was making our 4th drink and tells me he didn't get us for 4 meals and I told her yes he did I watched the screen as he rang it up and instead of giving us our food that had been sitting for 5 minutes already she took another 5 minutes investing our 4th drink that we paid for said it wasnt on reciept and it was, then asked me a 3rd time about sauce and I explained for a 3rd time lots of Arby's sauce because we got big sandwiches...... Get home 4 min drive, fries are cold as ice and not 1 packet of Arby's sauce only ketchup, spicy and horsey, 47 dollars worth of Arby's became dog food because we can't eat dry sandwiches and cold fries. I have to be at work at 3
