I stopped in for lunch on Tuesday the 12th of December. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no one else in line and was never greeted by a member of the staff. I was planning a one order then with the lack of customer service I went for the 2 for 7 meal. I doubt that I will ever eat at this location ever again. The customer service at this location sucks.

A good fast food spot on West Street, in between Maple and Kellogg. Coupons are always coming out for Arby’s in the area but the staff sometimes struggles with them, making using them a pain. However, I made a recent pickup for a “2 Can Dine For $9.99” clip and it worked out perfectly. Fast food prices have jumped up and drastically closed the gap between medium end food options and fast food meals, so a convenient use of coupons at all times would be appreciated. I recommend keeping this Arby’s in mind as a solid West Street meal option.
