Sometimes you just need a beef and cheddar and some curly fries, but dang when you have to threaten to cancel the order because they won't ring it upcorrectly and it's like $10 over what it should be according to the advertisements on the order screen, it makes you Wonder... Did they pick this person to hire just to make everyone else's life difficult? Otherwise yeah Arby's

We love the food here but wish they would keep the potato cakes as our daughter loves them.
How does it make any sense to have a roast beef and cheddar on a 2 for $7 dollar deal but not the regular roast beef? I want no cheese but have to pay more? Also you should train your order takers to tell people ordering 2 roast beef sandwiches for $9.80 that they can get 4 roast beefs for $10 which does not show on the menu . I frequent this location a lot and like the food but that pricing makes no sense. Why would a sandwich without cheese cost more than a sandwich with cheese? This location is not very busy, I hope they can take a look at their pricing and make it more clear to customers what the current deals are. If someone came to my store and ordered 2 things for $9 and there was a special going on that my customer could get 4 for $10 I would def want my employees to offer that. Esp to a customer who eats there multiple times a week. ?

I am very disappointed with this location tonight. I picked up supper for three people. Three RB's, three crinkle cut fries, two shakes, and a coke. $37.50! Yes, I realize prices are going up these days, but Gosh Darn!! If I drop forty bucks at a fast food place, I don't expect to get fries that were prepared sometime before noon! (Or yesterday). BLEH!! So when I took a sip of my coke to wash down the foul taste of day-old fries, I discovered the coke was flat as well! The language in this review has been modified for public viewing. Thank you.

I went to Arbys tonight. And the short haired lady at the window wasn't very friendly. Still me being me i gave her and extra dollar for a tip and told her the rest was for her. Tryn to atleast get a nice remark. Silly me. I guess she didnt see the extra dollar so when i told her to keep the rest she says " oh wow a whole .17 cents. I just looked at her and said plus the extra dollar. And she quickly put the dollar in her pocket and closed the window. As shes handing me my order she says i put 10 Arbys sausws in you bag so i hope that satisfies you. Seriously a bad experience with poor customer service.

I love fast and friendly service, and this trip to Arby's made it happen. The Beef & Cheddar sandwich I ordered was delicious, and I appreciate that the employee asked if I wanted any sauce. Thankfully, a couple of napkins were in the bag because some fast food restaurants don't include them.
