My mom and I ordered and ate in the dining area, our food was cold as soon as we got it, fries were hard and burned, no cheese on my sandwich as I requested dining area was dirty, staff was Rude and hair nets definitely not used.

Live out of town, my spouse was still in town, called due to missing 2 items. Pricilla was less than polite. The moment I asked for a manager she met me with attitude. I explained that we were missing one sandwich and a cup of cheese out of 17 ordered items. I offered to send the receipt to my husband to print or a photo of it for proof of purchase so he could pick up on his way home. That was absolutely not an option,the inconvenience and lack of customer care outways any positive. When I called for a simple human error I never thought it would be such a hassle to get items I PAID FOR AND COULD PROVIDE THE NEEDED PRROF FOR. I understand we live in a world of hate and theft, but we need to do better! (Feeling like a first time Karen over here....)

Ordered from Door Dash tonight. My boyfriend loves having sauces to put on his sandwiches. He ordered 52 each of Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce and 1 ketchup packet. Excessive? Absolutely! Was there a reason? Of course, if he doesn't put a ridiculous amount, we normally don't get enough, if any, sauce. We received 5 of each Arby's and Horsey Sauces and no ketchup. On our reciept an employee wrote "no" next to the Arby's sauce and "also no" next to the Horsey sauce lines. That right there is unacceptable. How dare an employee that decided that was too much, take it upon themselves to make it known to the customer by writing it on the receipt!!He took the receipt to the store and was told point blank by the employee that they don't go by the receipts...like, what?! How is that type of customer service going to guarantee my return business??I get the request was outrageous, but to tell the customer that you don't go off the receipt and make sure the order has all requested and ordered items is appalling. The audacity to make decisions on the customer's behalf, deciding what they need and should get, despite what was ordered, is poor customer service.

clean, friendly cashier, food at Arby's has always been good for me and my son is a HUGE fan !
The chicken has not been fresh the last 3 times I have come. I will no longer return the poppers were soggy as well. Please do not make the food till ordered we do not mind the waiting. I can go across town and get nor and fresh every time. Isaac was wonderful but the food was not hitting. We are not one to return or complain in the store but I will provide a review.

Food is always delicious and the staff was happy and in a good mood, which reflects well on the management. Only complaint is that the corporate app is really bad. It almost never gets what I want in the cart. I hope the app is soon updated to the usability of other fast food apps.
