I ordered a cup of cheddar and the cashier charged me for 2. When I pointed it out she kinda argued with me saying I told her 2... then I get my food, and the cup of cheddar should be called a drop of cheddar. It wasn't even ¼ full, And had the audacity to cost .75. Rather Shrinkflation or employee error both are unacceptable. my drink had no syrup, And All my food was cold. I hadn't been here in a while and after this I wont be back.

We ordered an Ultimate BLT on Monday 6/30 and realized after our 12 mins drive home they gave us some Philly cheesesteak looking sandwich. Also no napkins or straws were put into the bag. Not sure how we got a completely different sandwich but they need to pay better attention

Good service, no complaints with that! My daughter and I have always loved their Reuben, and I'll confess its been a while since we've gotten one. They've changed the whole sandwich. The meat was tasteless, the bread was just marbled white bread, not rye bread. And the sauerkraut was nearly tasteless also.

I want to give a shout out to the manager that's on duty right now at the N. Rock Road location! I'm not sure of her name, but I quickly ordered on the app and chose the wrong restaurant!! My wife and I ate dinner here. I had the Brisket Sandwich with four potato cakes and a Diet Coke. My wife had the new Pulled Pork Sandwich with Unsweet Iced Tea to drink. The food was delicious.

I've gone several times around 11pm to midnight. The employees are friendly and helpful. The food is hot and fresh, this is my new late night food place.

I’m a big fan of Arby’s, and overall, this location was solid—but a few things stood out. The food and drinks were just as good as I’ve come to expect, no complaints there. However, the drive-through experience left a bit to be desired. The person taking orders was extremely quiet, which made it hard to hear anything through the speaker, and the line moved slower than usual for an Arby’s. The layout was also a bit confusing; the drive-through and entrance signs look almost identical, so it took me a second to figure out where I was supposed to go. Despite those hiccups, it’s still a decent Arby’s, just not the smoothest visit I’ve had.

Not a good experience. I'm in Wichita for a few hours and decided to grab some food. It's roughly 10 15 am. I ordered a #2 double with a medium sweet tea and potato cakes. First...out of sugar so no sweet tea. I ordered a medium coke. No medium cups. So I go large coke. Not what i wanted, but ok. Food comes after being asked to pull around and park. I requested 6 arbys and 4 horsey. When the food arrives I asked if there were 6 arbys and 4 horsey. Was told yes. There were 7 horsey and 4 arbys.
What's the point of asking if they aren't going to listen? If you're going to get what they give, there's no reason to ask as that's only going to piss off customers. 2 stars because the food was ok, but's also almost 2 bucks more per combo than back home. I think I'll avoid this Arbys if I come back to Wichita.
