Fast and great service! Mini pretzel dogs and hot salsa cheese were really good. So was my lemonade. Busy location but line moves fast! Highly recommend

didn't say shit and I put the amount and tip the scammed me took 15 dollars tip who which I didn't even wanna tip that much scamming and when I ask for money back they made excuses it taking long I just want my money back east mall Wichita

We have been going here for 4 years. The older man up front is always super nice, sweet & does a great job.But I have seen a couple girls there that wear gloves handling food & money pretty consistently the last year.Last time a young girl was practically rolling her eyes attitude without actually rolling her eyes. Which was going on with customers before me who didnt do anything but order. When I said thanks have a good day. She didn't even bother to respond. Yes I said it nice & loud enough for her to hear. I let my employee know & she said she noticed the gloves situation too.I'm a positive person & don't expect perfection every time. But I'm done with this place for those 2 reasons.Hopefully the new west location doesn't duplicate this.

Now that Towne East is the only location, they need a larger service area. They were busy before. Now it's crazy! Counter guy was less than pleasant. Not rude! But, not pleasant.
Parking: Be prepared to look and walk. It is a mall afterall.

The line was extremely long and they weren’t moving fast enough to justify the wait. I do know their pretzels are pretty good, though, our recent visit didn’t work out.

Beware if paying with cash!!! My 12 year old and her friend were scammed out of $20 when they tried to pay in cash. The Auntie Anne’s employees took the bill, ripped it in front of them and “threw it away”. When I went up to ask for the bill back I was told that they had already taken that trash out and that they weren’t allowed to give it back to me. I wanted it back so that i could take it to a bank and verify that it was in fact counterfeit. Then the child working the register had the audacity to tell me that it wasn’t a big deal which about sent me through the roof. Will not be back to ANY auntie Anne’s ever because they obviously prey on kids with cash and that’s just lower than low.

Today is national pretzel day which means free pretzels and that means super busy. The sweet girl working the register had the whole system crash while checking me out. She was so sweet and my pretzels were great!

Great fresh and hot pretzels but the staff should put out signs to notify the customers that have been waiting in a very long line that they have run out of certain items on the menu and not waste their time.
