We have been going here for 4 years. The older man up front is always super nice, sweet & does a great job.But I have seen a couple girls there that wear gloves handling food & money pretty consistently the last year.Last time a young girl was practically rolling her eyes attitude without actually rolling her eyes. Which was going on with customers before me who didnt do anything but order. When I said thanks have a good day. She didn't even bother to respond. Yes...

Now that Towne East is the only location, they need a larger service area. They were busy before. Now it's crazy! Counter guy was less than pleasant. Not rude! But, not pleasant.

Parking: Be prepared to look and walk. It is a mall afterall.

I have been craving one of those cheesy stuffed pretzels that I remember getting from Auntie Anne’s when I was a kid. I was bummed to see the menu did not include those delicious pretzels. The line was extremely long and they weren’t moving fast enough to justify the wait. I do know their pretzels are pretty good, though, our recent visit didn’t work out.
