We had the best experience at Avi Seabar and Chophouse! From start to finish, everything was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible—perfectly cooked, SO flavorful, and beautifully presented. I haven’t had this tasty of a meal from a restaurant in a long time. The service was top-notch; everyone was so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere was just right for a date night—elegant, cozy, and welcoming. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable night out!

Excellent place, its quiet easy place for a conversation. The staff is extremely polite. Good food. The big thing is the parking , you can park in the parking garage across the street and will be validated by the restaurant.

Surprisingly delicious. Gypsy the chef has outdone theirselves! Years ago I went and it wasn't that good but now I have no regrets. I'd recommend the shrimp and grits, steak, and the seafood pasta. Outstanding.
The restaurant needs an upgrade, it's very dark in there.

AVI staff is amazing at problem solving. Had arranged to take photos in Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview Wichita for kids winter formal only to have hotel say no a few hours prior and offer or accept no alternative solutions. Called AVI, where kids are having dinner, and they will figure out a way to make it work. Big difference in quality of service between two businesses in same building.

This experience was a bad from the get go. Our group ordered food and drinks shortly after we were seated. The drinks took 15+ minutes and we waited an hour for our food. If the food was exceptional this would be reasonable, BUT when the food finally came out I got the wrong order. Had 2 other members of our group who received the wrong sides and another that didn’t even get his whole meal. Due to the long wait I accepted the meal but was up charged $20, for the wrong meal. I understand that mistakes happen but you would think they would at least just charge me for my original meal. Could be a one-off, but would not recommend based off of this experience.

Great vibe and ambience. The food was fantastic and the price was unbelievable. $14 for a very large thick pork chop and mashed potatoes. Oliver was a great server and very personable. This is a hidden gem in Wichita. If you live in the area, you give them a go!
Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables on the first floor that has room for wheelchairs.
Me and my wife's favorite date night spot. It's got an upscale but comfortable vibe. The crab cakes are crazy good. The shrimp and grits, sheeeesh! The charbroiled salad is special. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I rarely will give out a five star but this one was worth it. I didn’t have this place on my list to try in Wichita but just went for it because it was close to our hotel. So glad I did. Everything we got was very good. The coconut seared pork belly and Brussels appetizer was delicious. The pork belly was cooked perfect and so were the Brussels and bacon. Main course I got the lamb chops. In the demi glacé and by itself the lamb chops were damn near perfect. The creamed potatoes were some of the best I’ve had. My buddy got the burger and he reported it was one of his top burgers, two thumbs up.
Finally I have to give a special shoutout to our waitress Sarah. She dealt with our stupid banter famously even my Canadian Mexican friend who has a mouth on him. She also did say I’m her favorite customer she’s ever had which I appreciate.
Definitely go here. Stop looking for another spot. Just go already.
