Yo we need to fix this average. Come here for the service! Specifically a man by the name of Sage. Service was top tier and he brings a level of positivity & love of life that is often missing from the world. I had 7 hours to kill and when he wasn't working himself to the bone he was taking time out of his hectic schedule to make you feel heard and understood.If you are ever in the Kansas City airport stop by this place after you have picked up your luggage for a refreshing dose of wisdom and love.
Hotdog was greasy. Burger was cold, quesildia was cold and gross. It didn't nit look like the 0icture. The food was extremely overpriced. Lady behind the counter was ridiculously rude.i will never, ever frequent this horrible excuse for an eatery again.
Arrived at 430pm, thin dark haired lady stated she cleaned the kitchen early so she said no kitchen food because she already started closing for 5pm, grabbed 3 donuts and they were stiff, she stated well yeah they are from early this morning, no discounts just because they are old ..... (rudely stated) Purchased my stiff donuts and will not be using them again at the airport
Gave one star because I can’t leave zero. Rude skinny lady didn’t wear her mask or use gloves while she sulkily made my refresher around 430 pm on aThursday. Sure hope her dad owns the place.
The lady who works mid day is rude to everyone but especially rude to other airport staff.

Over priced and the staff is not friendly, they are rude I guess when you have Denise Whites husband running the airport the staff will be just as rude as she is.
Love this snack shop. Remember to drink your beverages before attempting to go through security as They can not go through the check point.
