By far the best ribs I've had in Wichita! I got the dry rub and they were delicious!!! Had the two meat dinner with brisket which I loved too. The green beans were also very delicious. I got the loaded potato salad and didn't really care for that as much. I will definitely be back for the ribs! I gave four stars because when I called and asked how many ribs came in the two meat dinner the girl told me six and I was disappointed to open the box and only see three. But...
This was my families first time eating at B and C. We loved our experience, the food was delicious and our waitress, Erica took good care of our very large party! She was well versed on what I could order as someone who strictly follows a gluten free diet.
Haven’t been here in a while- today was my first time in a couple years. Changes since my last visit- the buffet is no longer all you can eat with all available numbered options (ie..#1,#2ect…) now there’s a single numbered all you can eat numbered meal- which wasn’t explained (I totally did not see). So, I spent $20 on two pieces of meat, two sides and a drink.
