THE BEST PLACE FOR AFRICAN FOOD IN WICHITA!! They recently moved locations so this one isn’t as much of an atmosphere as the other one (just because of the bar and outside area they had), but their food? Top tier.I recommend the Fufu and Egusi or the Pepper Soup with goat. They have amazing items and I try something new every time. The owners are very nice and always come to speak whenever I visit.

After looking through the reviews & owner’s suggestions, I went with the chicken curry with pounded yam fufu. So delicious. The curry had so much flavor and the chicken was fall off the bone tender. It was my first time trying fufu and now I’m addicted! Such a wonderful combination of flavors and textures. Will be going back to try the egusi and okra soup soon! The atmosphere is fine, it’s very bar- like with the led lights. Our server was a little confused about some menu items but the owner stepped in and answered all questions and concerns. Definitely will be back asap.

I went looking for a unique birthday dinner and found it. Every dish my family ordered was fantastic. We couldn’t finish it all and had plenty to take home with us. So happy we have this restaurant in our community.

Definitely delicious food. Fresh and taste really good. If you're tired of eating the same thing every day, try this place, and you'll be amazed.

I was looking for a place to host my family's Kwanzaa Feast. BChic Bar and Grill was the perfect fit. The service, the atmosphere, the Food no question hands down was the most awesome experience of African cuisine that I never tasted in my life. This was my family's first experience even my pickest eater tried and ate everything. The service was like we were at home. My children enjoyed dancing and playing even with other customers. The experience was just top notch. We will go back again. This is a 8 start rated place for me. If you don't go and try this place you will miss out. The food for leftovers just as Amazing ???Thank you wonderful experience BChic family.Habari GaniMitzi and Family.

I have been looking fir authentic ethnic food since I moved to wichita. I found this gem in the shopping center on 13th and Tyler. the service was great, friendly and...and the food was flavorful. it was hard to stop eating. I cleared my plate. 5 plus stars

We loved this restaurant when they first open until the moved. My hub ordered the okra and egusi soup to bring me . I was disappointed, the egusi was over-seasoned and the okra was one big slime that looked like it was thrown in a blender. When they first opened we went a few times and the food was good, I’m not sure what happened. There is a rumor of new management. African food is a specialty and not cheap, those that are familiar with the food are the ones that will market it and frequent it.

What they say on the website is totally different from what you get. Do not make an online order without first calling the restaurant and speak with a human and confirm they're open.

Amazing food! We loved everything we tried. We had the samosas and puff puffs as appetizers and they were mouthwatering. All of our entrées were delicious, as well. The owner is super sweet and chatted with us about how she made some of the dishes. Can't wait to come back!

This was a little hard because they were completely understaffed.. Only two people there working and it seemed like some of the rice was Uncle Ben's. Drinks were really expensive. (Crown and Coke was $9.99) Why? Food wasn't really that good and I will probably not be going anymore.

Noone was here, but we decided to check it out anyways. We got plantains and samosas as appetizers, and both were pretty bad. Asked for a sauce to dip the samosas in, and they offered ketchup. Plantains weren't ready and the samosas were ridiculously greasy. We split the coconut curry with chicken and white fufu which ended up being really good. Overall, Bill was about $30. I think it was a bit overpriced for the appetizers forsure, but their main course is worth it. Service was not very good either. Overall, 2/5
