Came in for dinner (9/13/24) and waited almost fifteen minutes just to be seated, then another 18 minutes until we were given bowls and a drink order, which was odd given the number of empty tables and wait staff in the restaurant (a little after 6 pm.) By the time we got our food, we had to leave for a previous engagement (I didn't even get a chance to enjoy my meal - not even one bite, because we had to get to-go boxes for our meal!) The waitress stated, when asked, that there was a new person at the hostess station and that they did not tell her that we were there (even though she saw us sitting at the table.) $38+ spent for horrible service and not even being able to enjoy dinner (the waitress didn't even seem to be concerned with our unhappiness!)

First timer here and we were IMPRESSED. WOW great variety of proteins and vegetables. Selections of spices and sauces to make anyone's palete happy. Food was cooked perfectly. And you wont leave hungry. Prices were good and the service was outstanding. Thanks Princess. Will be back.

Terrible to go service. Decent in restaurant experience. My family and I really liked the couple of times we went here for lunch. Decent price, the service wasn't outstanding but it was adequate. So I decided to order dinner to go on my way home from work for an easy dinner. The first time I ordered it pickup, arrived 10 minutes after pick up time and was told that it would be about 20 minutes. No big deal, I figured they were just busy. My order was brought to me in about 20 minutes (I wasn't paying much attention) Second time I ordered lunch for myself in the middle of the day. Arrived at pick up time and was told it would be about 20 minutes (the restaurant was empty). So I started to see a trend here, but I had already paid for my food so I wasn't going to leave it. I informed my co-worker that my lunch was taking a little longer than expected and waited. Third time is what really did it in for me. I had ordered pick up for dinner again. Arrived 15 minutes after pick up time (I had learned to give them a head start). When I arrived the hostess told me it would be about 5-10 minutes. I was already annoyed but decided to let it go. After waiting for 20 minutes, the hostess was obviously avoiding the hostess stand and me. After 40 minutes I went outside to call my husband and let him know of the situation. The bartender then decided to have a loud discussion with me across the bar about how if I would've called in sooner before the rush my food would have been ready. I'll be honest, this was THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I worked as a server for a few years when I was younger, this was atrocious and embarrassing for the restaurant for an employee to act like that in front of a crowd. The manager and a cook from the back then came out with the hostess (they were trying to find my order at this point). The manager then gave me a couple coupons, didn't say a word then walked to the back. The cook then came back up front and very politely told me that they couldn't find my order and if I wanted to tell him he would make it right away. I politely declined and left. After 50 minutes and still no food. Highlight of this story....the cook in the back was the NICEST person throughout the whole experience. BD's, do better. Your staff (minus the cook) did all the wrong things when dealing with an obviously upset customer.

I used to love come here all the time. But more recently, it’s gone downhill. At 5:30pm, when you would expect a place to be busy, is a ghost town, you know why. The bowls were good. The cooks always do well here. But the servers are terrible and the atmosphere is rough. Floors were extremely sticky, and so were the tables. Barely clean. As for the server, Leia, not great. She threw our straws at us at the table while continuing to talk to someone else. She held onto our drinks for like 10 minutes before we got them, so they tasted watered down by the time we got it. She cared more about talking to her staff friends than she did working.
As stated before, I used to love coming here. But I think it’s time to move on.

We just walked in at 1:00 on a Sunday! The hostess put her hand up to her mount and giggled! And proceeded to say they were super busy and could take on any new customers. The entire restaurant was empty except for five tables. Then she had the audacity to say in a fake sweet voice, “you guys can come back later!” We were like no thank you! Also google says in live time line the restaurant is less busy than usual.

What a attitude, came in on August 1st around 145 place was not busy at all. All I can say is we were ignored by the wait staff. We asked twice if we could be served and were told when I get a minute, again place is empty. I believe we were not served based on the color of our skin.
