I ordered the BOB - Best of Both Worlds. The Italian Sandwich with all the fixing and the dipping was juicy and very flavorful. Chicago Dog & Garlic Fries where spot on as well! Solid 10/10

These people are pretty awesome pretty amazing and their food is damn good. I have been trying to catch them when I came to Wichita from out of state a few times finally got the chance to connect very good. Customer service, very polite and the beef and sausage combo that I got was the best in the area. It was so good that I came back the next day and got another one and she was so sweet that she gave me two for one. I will definitely be back to big B’s (Brian) Who is also super cool. We chatted for a while. Their spot is going to be pretty cool when they’re done with it.

ATTN: All Chicago natives!!! Miss the food back home? No need to ever go hungry again! I finally got to try this gem today! Big B's did not disappoint! We ordered 2 Italian beefs, dipped of course, an Italian beef with sausage combo, 2 Chicago style hotdogs, and a pizza puff. Everything was spot on. The beef had great flavor and was sliced thin almost shaved (big points for that!) with sweet peppers and giardiniera peppers as well. The hotdogs were actual Vienna beef hotdogs with the bright green Chicago style relish, poppyseed buns, onion, pickle, sport peppers, mustard, tomato, and absolutely no ketchup.😉 The pizza puff was good, just like you'd get a your Vienna beef stands back home. I would say is that the giardiniera is definitely Chicago style (in oil) but I wish it was the hot giardiniera instead of the mild, but that didn't matter much when I was inhaling this amazing meal! The only other drawback is that they are open only on Saturdays at this time for pick-up only but as popularity grows this could change! We did phone our order in ahead of time, I think this is the only way to order at this time but im not sure. Even if you've never been to Chicago, give this place a try. You Kansans need to ditch the fried comfort food and take a walk on the wild side. You won't regret it! Thank you Big B's, we'll be back...very soon!

Ok, I’’m an old Italian from Chicago and usually laugh whenever I try “Chicago Style” when I’m traveling…but I always try. Well, visited them over Christmas break and these guys know what they’ve doing! Good, tender beef, soft bread, hot giardiniera. Not sure where they source their stuff out here in Wichita but damn it’s good. My side item is always a hot dog (I don’t do french fries). Again, the hotdog was a winner.

Easily the best food truck. The Italian Beef has an incredible amount of beef with a delicious flavor! I would love to recommend their other sandwiches, but I can’t get past the Italian Beef!
