Best beef to be had this side of the Mississippi! Not sure how you do it, but great Chicago style beef and dogs

Ok, I’’m an old Italian from Chicago and usually laugh whenever I try “Chicago Style” when I’m traveling…but I always try. Well, visited them over Christmas break and these guys know what they’ve doing! Good, tender beef, soft bread, hot giardiniera. Not sure where they source their stuff out here in Wichita but damn it’s good. My side item is always a hot dog (I don’t do french fries). Again, the hotdog was a winner.

Easily the best food truck. The Italian Beef has an incredible amount of beef with a delicious flavor! I would love to recommend their other sandwiches, but I can’t get past the Italian Beef!

Great food! A call back to the kabab stands overseas. Try any of the gyro items. Steer away from the beef sandwich or add cheese whiz.
Have spoken with Liz, (co-owner with husband), many times about their deep dish Chicago style pizza. Our family was finally able to order one of their pizzas last night. A little heavy on the garlic, but absolutely Delicious. Ya gotta get one!

Next level Chicago deep dish Pizza. The best pizza I've ever. The cheese tastes fresh and is a thick layer. The crust is the only one that I've ever liked on a pizza. The sauce is tangy and absolutely delicious. Well done Big B's. A new standard for pizza in Wichita.

Tried the stuffed and tavern pizzas. Omg the stuffed is so good! Best pizza in wichita. Even better than giordanos, a Chicago staple which until now I considered the gold standard for pizza. Wasn't over crazy about the tavern one the night we ordered it. Seemed to improve the next day as leftovers.But that stuffed pizza...the best
