Jamie at Harry Bionic Burger was so friendly! The #2 combo burger was the best I've ever had. I've eaten at Bionic Burger my whole life and I've never had this tasty of a cheeseburger. The bun was toasty and crunchy around the edges. The decorations and window paintings were fun and festive. I don't usually give reviews for fast food joints, but this lunch was just so enjoyable. I don't know Jamie, had never met her before today, but she was just so kind and personable! Shout out to all the staff that was there at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 12/31/24!!

1st of all the bionic burger was fantastic! However the dining experience was ruined by the server. I'm a veteran that uses a walker. The server brought our food for dine in to our table in a sack. He then informed us that we were welcome to leave. While I really like the food, I don't plan on returning.
Ticket number 71 on August 31 at 12:45. Thank you Lucas B. for horrible customer service, I'll never be back.

we hadn't been here in awhile and the food is now horrible, burgers where cold, half the amount of cheese and they up charge you for the cheese. The fries are old and nasty and dried out. I definitely wouldn't waste my money on food from here again.

It used to be great, but on my most recent visit they put a third of the cheese they used to on my double cheese burger. Probably my last visit to this location. I'm not paying $8 for a double cheese burger with two postage stamps of cheese on it. The burger is dry where in the past they were juicy and covered in melty cheese.

The service was slowwww with not that many people in the restaurant. I had to ask the guy handing out orders: "is that my order in window" as it sat for a few moments. This would explain why when I got home (3 miles away) why my fries were cold. Even though the fries were cold they were pretty good but really greasy along with the burger I received. The cheddar cheese sauce on the burger was so gross I tossed the bacon burger. Got a grill cheese which must have had American cheese that was good. I can honestly say this was my first and last time I'll go to this restaurant. If you have to watch your cholesterol or have a cardiologist, RUN! There was enough grease on everything to donate to the Jiffy Lube up the block.
