I am not one to write reviews, but this experience just really stunk. Tried to order lunch for my family and the woman serving the drive through was completely rude. So rude I felt compelled to write a review. We had a few simple questions about the menu and she couldn’t answer them without attitude. This was at the location on ridge road. She is the reason this place lost our business and will not be recommending to anyone I know. I would hope the business owner is aware. I’ve met plenty more respectful young workers than this very very rude woman.

When I was growing up, this place was a 10 out of 10 now. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They won’t accept Apple Pay through the . The cheese sauce is disgusting. The fries have no salt. The lady at the window has an attitude for no reason from now on I will be only going to the east harry Location it’s a lot better 🤷🏻♀️

Use to like Bionic Burger. That was my last trip. Went to Harry location today, food was not up to my standards. My french fries came with a hair in them. Service was bad, the lady at counter just had an attitude. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but these workers need to do better at customer service. They really make a dining experience suck.

Jamie at Harry Bionic Burger was so friendly! The #2 combo burger was the best I've ever had. I've eaten at Bionic Burger my whole life and I've never had this tasty of a cheeseburger. The bun was toasty and crunchy around the edges. The decorations and window paintings were fun and festive. I don't usually give reviews for fast food joints, but this lunch was just so enjoyable. I don't know Jamie, had never met her before today, but she was just so kind and personable! Shout out to all the staff that was there at 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday 12/31/24!!

1st of all the bionic burger was fantastic! However the dining experience was ruined by the server. I'm a veteran that uses a walker. The server brought our food for dine in to our table in a sack. He then informed us that we were welcome to leave. While I really like the food, I don't plan on returning.
Ticket number 71 on August 31 at 12:45. Thank you Lucas B. for horrible customer service, I'll never be back.
