Drive thru service - B, was not the fastest but not a long wait by any means. Employee still apologized for the wait time. Ambiance - N/A Food - A, exactly what I expected and wanted from a burger joint. Bacon cheeseburger ketchup and mayo with a side of hand cut fries smothered is cheese sauce. Washed down crisp refreshing fountain drink.

Ordered a kids meal and I've never had issues with them giving me the ice cream cone that comes with the kids meal.The lady didn't wanna give me an ice cream cone because nobody in the car was under 10 and then she finally gave me ice cream in a dish, not a cone.

the girl was so rude and yelling the orders and correcting my friend. does she not understand that it was our first time there and we were confused by the menu? like, what do you expect lady?! anyway, the food was delish but the service was horrible.
Young girl who waited on us, no personality AT ALL. You could tell the moment we walked in, she hated her life/her job/and US! Had a mess up with our order and she was the least pleasant to deal with! Good food but y'all seriously need to work on customer service!! There are too many hamburger places to dine at, with good service. While cleaning, she seemed to enjoy slamming the trashcan around, etc. WILL NOT BE BACK. ???

THE GENERAL MANAGER THREW THE CHANGE DIRECTLY IN MY FACE. I came through the drive thru and ordered a bacon cheese burger. I got my order and the meat didn't taste right the bun was not toasted and the burger was dry. The fries I ordered was cold too. I asked for it to be remade the GM refused to remake it and said she was just give me a refund. I never asked for a refund I just asked for it to be remade is what I told her. She threw the change directly in my face. The staff is terrible rude and very unprofessional! General managers are supposed to resolve conflict not create more, she needs to be fired immediately. She always has the worst attitude, if you don't like your job get a new one!
