I will say, I have been in twice and the only thing I've ordered is the Bloody Mary. It is fantastic. It's literally a meal by itself plus a stiff drink for $17. The meats are incredible.
10 out of 10! Drove in from Iowa this afternoon and were very pleased with everything from the time we walked into the restaurant. Service, food, and atmosphere were all outstanding.
The atmosphere was fantastic! From the moment you walk in, the sweet, smoky aroma of barbecue fills the air. The restaurant has the charm and vibe of a Kansas City blues venue—while I’m not sure if they host live bands, the ambiance definitely sets the stage for one. The food is absolutely delicious, though the portion sizes could be a bit more generous. Offering two sides with a BBQ sandwich, for example, would make the meal feel more complete.
