Shelby was our waitress and she was awful. We had a party of 4, she was very pushy and rushed us in ordering. When we asked her questions she would say “I don't know” instead of asking another employee. One of us ordered tacos. When she asked about fries, Shelby got really defensive and said “You are not the first to complain about getting beans”. We thought she would suggest getting my friend fries but instead told her that she can't sub out the beans with fries and would have to charge extra. We ordered dessert and before they were brought to our table, she had already dropped off our checks. After the desserts were dropped off, she disappeared and never came back. We ended up seeing her as she was leaving.

We like this place for a quick bite! The garlic knots aren’t on the menu but they still have them and the piezookie trio is the absolute best!!

Place was dead manager had no concern for customer service or hospitality. Bartender lethargic and not concerned about service or food quality. Waitress (9years be employee) on the way out prior to ordering expressed how food wasnt good, only order pork chops on the weekend, and that the jambalaya was great. I can tell ya the jambalaya was not fit to serve my dog. It tasted straight of the walmart frozen food section out of the microwave. We ordered mozzarella sticks and barely got sauce and had to request more for $16 app.. highly not recommended. Waitress also said the company is changing the original pizza FYI BJs is not doing good.

We came here for dinner. Seated quick. Place was not that busy. Tanija was our server. She did a great job from beginning to end.
We ordered the steak and ribs combo , soup in bread bowl and side of fries .
Steak was cooked well, ribs was ok and so were the sides. Soup was ok but bread was a bit tough.
Overall ok and standard for a chain restaurant but Tanija was awesome.

Came to the restaurant and ordered a steak and sides asked for it well done and that was not the case also my sides were not right and the manager didn't come and fix it or asked what happened she had the server come back and just take it and never showed her face won't be coming back if this is how you treat customers

I believe just an “off” night. I think the staff did their best to keep up with the level of business, however, they were noticeably understaffed.

Absolutely awful! For $47 we received over seasoned, dried out chicken that could have been used to retread tires. The vegetables were raw and the sauce so salty it burned. You can actually get better food at a fast-food drive through. Don't waste your time or money here.

Dakota was my server and she did a fabulous job. BJs should appreciate the hard work she does for them. Definitely will be coming back.
