Bomber Burger was the first place I ate the first time I visited wichita 20 years ago. After making bomber a regular stop after moving to wichita I got to know Chris pretty well over the years that being said there will never be another bomber without Chris and sadly Chris is gone, I am grateful for all the years I got to trade insults with Chris lol and all excellent burgers and memories......The following is a Roethlisburger with a spicy fried chicken breast and queso circa 2006..

One of those tight packed small joints that winds up being a favorite. Takes awhile to make the burger because the patties are MASSIVE. I never asked, but assume they are at the very least half pound patties, maybe more. You can order your burger however you want or get a special burger. The owner/cook is a great guy if you understand his humor. I'll definitely be back again. CASH ONLY!!! There's a gas station right around the corner with an ATM. 10min drive from base if you're military on lunch.

Decided to stop by Bomber Burger today for lunch. I've been wanting to try it for a long time now and I'm so glad I did. Seriously one of the best burgers I've had. The meat he uses is amazing and the hamburger buns go great with the burgers. The owner is so cool and he'll chat with you as he's grilling the food. It's a true hole in the wall Burger joint. I'm so glad this is here in Wichita

Barber Burger has some of the best and largest burgers I've ever had very unique atmosphere with a unique cook it's an experience everyone should try at least once and after that you'll probably be hooked and be trying it again.
Parking: If you're unfamiliar with the location it can be easy to miss the drive parking is on a dirt/gravel you can drive all the way around the building which is useful for leaving during busy hours.

My wife, her mother and I dined in for lunch. Bomber Burger is a small hole-in-the-wall establishment. We enjoyed reading all of the signs inside the restaurant. The hamburgers are good. They are a little greasy but have a good flavor. We enjoyed talking with the owner. He is a character.

Like a read with another review, they have to have one of the beefiest burgers in Wichita. I usually order a double burger at places, here a single cheeseburger was sufficient for me. Very good atmosphere if you have a sense of humor and very good conversations to be had. I would recommend calling 20-30 min inadvance to order before pickup time since they will get pretty packed during lunch hours. I would 100% recommend Bomber Burger.
One of my favorite burgers. Huge patty so bring your appetite. As one of the other posters noted the owner is a real character so if you are easily offended maybe this place is not for you. Not a place you would go to for the atmosphere but great burgers and cold beer.

I heard there was some hype to to eat here. So I brought my crew over to check it out. I can see the the hype in the size of the burgers. The flavor was good. However, the meat was more raw then I like, and should have been cooked a bit longer due to the size. The onion rings tasted good, and the mushrooms, not as well. The ketchup had an off taste. Though it was cold, ketchup should not be refrigerated. The tiny place could definitely have a better clean to it. Likewise, the table and chairs were dirty as well. We agreed if we ever did order here again, it would be to go..

I'm only giving it three stars only because I like the burgers and fries! The owner though needs to think about remodeling the place it doesn't look in great shape plus the men's bathroom is disgusting I walked in it once to use the bathroom it was a little flooded with dirty water and I did not ever use the bathroom there ever again! The cook can be nice sometimes but their are times where he can be rude but I just basically ignore him when I go there i only talk to him when I order my food and thats it. But other then that the food isn't bad at all!
