Great food and service during my visit! Max was attentive and informative. We happened to dine during their lobster specials and were pleasantly surprised at the options. There were not a lot of options, but it was varied enough it took us some time to make a decision. I made an unnecessary reservation, but I wanted to make sure to have a place for our date during a Saturday lunch. We were happy and full when we left. 😁

Ordered Lilies Chicken as well as the sirloin. Chicken was not seasoned well and was poorly prepared. The Sirloin tasted like it was precooked and just warmed up. Bad experience!

Took my wife to her favorite place to eat as we live out of town and don’t come to Wichita very often to eat. After today probably not her favorite place. We walked in and was greeted and sat quickly. That was the last great thing they did. We sat at our table for 15 min with no greeting by a waiter/waitress. No water, nothing. If they were busy I could understand. There were a total of 4 tables that had people at it, 3 actual tables and one couple at the bar. We got there at 1:15 today Saturday Oct 20th. We choose to tell the hostess we’re just going to leave and she seemed just fine with that. Do better Bonefish! Would not recommend going there! Really glad we didn’t eat could only imagine what the food would have been like!
Parking: There was plenty of parking because no one was there to eat. Should have been my first clue not to go in.

I was craving seafood two weeks ago and decided to try this place for the first time. My mother and I ordered the Mahi and shrimp, corn chowder soup, Mac and cheese for my two toddlers, and the waitress recommended the bang2 shrimp. First, the soup did not taste good and was salty, the mac and cheese noodles were already hardened and cold; my boys love mac and cheese, but needless to say, they did not eat it. The bang-bang shrimp tasted okay, but after the first few bites, Mom and I realized the shrimp was not fully cooked. So I scraped the seasonings/sauce and the shrimp looked grayish and uncooked. Then the Mahi-shrimp order, the shrimp were still raw as well and the waitress brought it back to the kitchen to cook a bit longer, after a couple of minutes she came back and the shrimp looked like they put more burnt seasoning on top of it and then I took a closer looked and it seems like the black spots on the shrimps were from burnt food from the grill, and it still not fully cooked. I spoke to the waitress and she asked me if I wanted to cook longer. At that point, I said no. I don't need to ask once for my food to be properly cooked. This restaurant should know if their food is cooked right and tastes right. We left all the food on the table. We went to find another place to eat. I spoke to two male managers and they told me they would send me a gift card or refund the payment but they never did. On the way home my mom complained of stomach pain and I ended up spending almost two hours in the bathroom. Needless to say, we will be returning to BONE FISH. It was a total waste of time and money.
Our credit card statement was $3.00 over our signed receipt. We called about the overcharged amount, was told they would get back to us. The management did not. Called again and a week later to rectify the situation. Beware of your credit card statement charges versus your signed receipts at this establishment. We will get our due credit and never dine there again.

Husband and I love Bonefish. Our favorites are the fresh bread with oil, mahi-mahi always cooked and seasoned right and the Brussels sprouts. However yesterday the service was often disruptive if not rude. Halfway through our meal the waitress asked if we wanted dessert - "not sure yet" - she then asked if we wanted a box - "hmm..we're still eating, will see later" - She came back 5-10 min later and asked again if we wanted a box . We were not quite finished. It's not that the place was packed, there was only one table occupied by 4 people. What was the rush to get us out asap? When we pay +$70 for a meal we expect to have time to enjoy it. Is 45 minutes too long? Not sure we will go back.
