Hands down the greatest service I’ve received in a while. John was great behind the bar, Cory and Nick were great in their manager roles and offered guidance with the menu and Bell was very personable as a server and they all deserve an applaud; as well as the cook team and staff. I was damned pleased in all aspects of the organization and would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a good drink, food or a wholesome family moment.

Jacquelynn Davis was our server while we were bowling she got us our pitcher of beer right away her service was extremely quick we have never got no service that quick before in our life.

Have been several times, mostly when it was the Alley, but recently was the first time in a few years.
The music was quite loud, and my group generally liked this and were jamming out when someone else was bowling. However, not all guests will like this and if I was in a different mood it would be distracting.
The go-karts are very fun, even if the track and the chance of lapping someone is small. Attendants are conscientious to whether kids or adults are racing, and if it is all adults set us to go faster than 'kid speed'.

Place was completely empty which is no surprise after being here. Go carts barely work, laser maze doesn't work at all. Half the games in the arcade don't work. Vr only had 2 of headsets working. Bowling was terrible. No slide causing knees to hurt and was not cleaned up at all considering no one was in here. Staff was nice but did nothing and offering a package for 100 knowing nothing was working properly. I will never be back again and I advise to even league bowling to boycott bowlero and the alley.

Went to bowlera tonight formally called the Alley in Wichita Kansas. Had a great time and was told it was all paid for when we checked in unless you wanted food or drinks. Was told that the drink packages for alcohol were unlimited and were $25.00 a piece - when we went to check out the drink packages were. $29.99 a piece plus a $15.00 event fee - which a event fee had been charged to the host for every person bowling. Now if you got a drink package another event fee was charged and I think if you got food another event fee was charged. And the host has had 3 different charges charged to them for about $1500.00. Everyone was charged for shoes on the host ticket and I had my own shoes. This is highway robbery as for 12 people to bowl very expensive. Wichita needs to run Bowlero at if business as this is no longer affordable for most families. And then not being honest about how they were going to charge is horrible. I bowl on a team and bowl at the Bowlero west - not after I get done with this league I cannot support people that do business this way. I will take my business to Seneca bowl or derby bowl. So sad this company came to Wichita to have a monopoly on bowling here - this is a great family town that needs to run Bowlero out if town . They are thief’s!
