I can’t put zero so I’ll put one. Went here for a date night and paid to bowl, the lane was messing up so it took us asking three separate people to help for someone to go back. The man came out a couple minutes later and we asked if it was all good and he threw his hands up and acted completely unprofessional and lacked the knowledge of proper customer service skills. The lane continued to mess up so we decided to leave before being able to finish a round. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Took an hour to get our appetizer, never got drink refills, staff didn't care about any customers and started mean mugging me when they realized I was getting angry. This was a week day and they weren't busy at all. Highly do NOT recommend.

Go karts are a joke! Don’t waste your money! Five minutes of SLOW running for $10. The steering wheels were really difficult to turn. It’s too bad All Star Sports went out of business. Some of the games in the arcade didn’t work.

Our family had a great experience today. We had an issue with our play card and the female manager on duty went above and beyond to take care of us. Highly recommend for a fun time.

i went to bowlero with my family yesterday. what started out a good and fun night ended in my niece’s friend getting injured go karting. the go karts had apparently, to the worker and customers before us, been having issues all night. the worker turned up my niece’s friend’s go kart and told her it would be going fast but she would slow it down after a little bit. she didn’t slow it down. it was rushing super fast while my niece was slower than a turtle. her steering wheel locked up and she smacked the barrier head on causing a huge goose egg and a black eye. we didn’t have to sign any waiver or anything. wouldn’t recommend go karting there. everything else is fine.

Took my family along with one of my daughter’s friends for a night of fun. Instead we ended up in the emergency room with my daughters friend having her faced smashed in due to the go kart she was in malfunctioning, Having too much speed due to the fact that the operator adjusted the speed to be higher so that the go kart would start while telling us that she was doing this and would decrease the speed as it started. As my daughter‘s friend started her go kart she flew by us, went around a corner and slammed into a wall because the steering wheel would not turn for her this lead her to smash her face on the steering wheel. Not one single employee except for the operator showed up to help my daughter friend. I had to send a family member up to get ice because not one single person care to come and see this little girl and make sure she was OK.. I have no doubt in my mind that this crash was a result of malfunctioned car and a teenage operator who did not know what she was doing. Will be talking to you soon management.

Not a bad atmosphere but the food and games were overpriced actually they were ridiculous for what it is and the service was horrible!
Did the arcade and the gokarts. Kids 48in can drive alone, under that they can be a passenger. Great experience!
This place has gotten expensive and ridiculous. Bowlero is the worse thing to happen to Wichita in regards to bowling.
Service was awful. The manager had so many complaints he literally quit on the spot.
