8:45 on a Friday evening. One car in front of us in the drive. No one in line inside. I order a double scoop cone and a chocolate malt. I'm met with "ok...one banana split with no nuts". What? How is that remotely related? Where does the confusion come from here? Should have left the store then, because it went downhill. Get to the window and pay. Now I'm a hostage. Wait and wait. Greeted with "we ran out of milk, pull forward and we will bring it out". Okay.......more waiting. For a cone and a malt. 10 minutes go by. Car that pulled in beside us to wait gets their order and leaves. Still no cone or malt for us. Still no one in line inside. Two workers behind the line. I'm done. Go inside for a refund. Meet LaDonna, who seemed to be the only competent person working at this location. Very polite and apologetic. Asks the two line workers what happened to my order that is now, from 15 minutes ago. Response was total bewilderment and utter confusion, followed by a stunning consensus of "I don't know....it was just here". Apparently, aliens froze time, abducted my order, wiped the temporary memory from the two workers, and left LaDonna to figure it out. LaDonna did offer to make my order personally, but by this time I just couldn't stand to watch the train wreck occurring behind the line with the other two workers that were frantically trying to figure out what happened to my wife's double dip. Got my refund and got out, before another abduction happened. Needless to say...I will never be back to this location. Someone should also go check on LaDonna.

The grilled chicken sandwich sucks I've got it twice now and I can't even bite into it it's too grisly.. you just lost my business... And I eat out everyday but not there

The food was ok, but the service was terrible. I requested to add a bagel at the window and the lady rolled her eyes at me. Smh! And I was the only car in the drive thru or the store, so it's not like they were busy. They have me waiting on my food now.

If you're in the mood for ice cream, don't feel like leaving your car, and want good fast service... Braums is your place to go. I've never had their food, my family and I visit for the ice cream. They have pints and pre packaged ice cream in their fridge for quick service. The staff is extremely friendly , almost unheard of from a fast food joint. There is always a long line for the drive thru and the service is never affected. The employees range from 16-60s and I think it's important to comment on how consistent their service is. They offer frozen yogurt. No dairy free items. I understand this is an ice cream and dairy store but with how aware we all seem to be about peoples preferences and personal issues with dairy, I am surprised Braums does not have any choices. The ice cream it's okay, it's not out of this world good but for a fast food joint it's fantastic.
