Ordered two icecream cones to go and was charged extra for the cones. I took my receipt in next day to show them and was told that new management is stingy and charging for the cones now! REALLY!!

Just wanted to share that I usually eat breakfast at other places but wanted to try something different so went to Braums and had the breakfast burrito it was pretty good. But the lady I think the manager took the time to explain the difference in the 5 burritos in a polite and friendly manner. Just a bright spot in a day that usually consist of attitude and poor customer service. Kudos to the staff at this Brahms.
