It's Braum's. Always Great

I go there all the time. And I will continue to go there still probably. Yesterday was just a bad experience. That is not the norm but I am going by the experience from yesterday because this was the last time I went there. Usually, it's okay and decent but yesterday it was pitiful. So some guy came and asked for my order and by the time I got my shake eight other people in line received their ice cream before I received mine. The guy who took my order forgot what I ordered by the time he turned around and walked to get the cup for the shake. He then proceeded to make somebody else's shake that was down at the end of the line instead of asking me what I ordered. I did get a little upset and started saying something when I realized he was making somebody's order six people down. Another employee tried to save the order from being so bad but then it was too late. The guy did not apologize he did not try to make it right he tried to ignore me and my wife and act like it didn't happen. Now as far as the food I ordered my son a cheeseburger plain and that came out quicker than any of those shakes we ordered period on top of that it was made wrong. Cheeseburger plain means meat and cheese a bun and that's it that's a plain cheeseburger. I guess they thought playing meant make it basically how you make the burger every time. Because that's what I got even though my receipt said cheeseburger plain. Lately, this Braum's has been getting worse it seems every time we go there which is usually once or twice a week

I enjoy eating here, and I have a couple of favorite people that work here, who I visit, and occasionally take to, or from work! So, I'm eating here a lot! Their food is always hot, and fresh, and they are very quick in getting orders, and special orders done, and served in good time! And, the interactions of the employees, is very lighthearted, and fun-filled, it's rare to not see everyone smiling, and In a good mood! Makes for the dining experience, to be pleasant, and enjoyable!!!

Super quick on and out

This Braums is excellent. The staff are always friendly and always greet me when I arrive, even when they are busy. I also want to give a shout out to their menu. Good quality food and the portions are generous. Reasonable prices too.

Out if No Sugar added in dipping case and didn't care. Not good.

Probably one of the most disappointed meals I’ve had in a while. Mostly due to the fact that I just worked a 12 hour shift and went to Braum’s To satiate myself. After after paying for the food, I drove 20 minutes home to open the bag and find out that it was missing the large fries and two of the tenders that (got a 6 piece) I ordered as well as the sauce. If a manager is reading this, I’d really appreciate you reaching out because it was not a pleasant experience. I’m posting a picture of how the meal looked when I opened it.

I'm not a fan of their drive-through! I asked for 2 different types of dipping sauces, but I didn't get one of them. I asked for my fries to be extra crispy, but I didn't get them extra crispy! Then, I was asked to pull forward because my order was taking a little longer (I ordered a cheese burger meal, a double cheese burger sandwich, and 4 strips). The lady came out with my food but not the drink, and when I asked for my drink, she questioned me, "You didn't get your drink?".

The food was ok. There's nothing to brag about.
