Just ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit got a English muffin took it back in and got a sausage egg and cheese biscuit went back in to catch them talking bad about me because they messed up

Nastiest attitudes I have encountered. They got my simple order(#1 just the burger no cheese, extra mayonnaise and extra ketchup) wrong 3 different times. Not only did they get the order wrong multiple times, they did not start the sandwich new, instead just removing the cheese. Even on the 3rd attempt they got it wrong with no ketchup so instead of going inside and going through the entire process again I just left. They wrapped my burger in the same used paper as before. This particular establishment is filthy and I wouldn't trust the cooks or the managers. I will not be returning to this location and I suggest you don't either.

I go to this specific Braum's at least twice a week to get my ice cream from the market side. There is rarely ever anyone to check me out, I have to go over to the food side to get checked out. I get asked if I want a bag to put my pint of ice cream in (this should be a given) and one time an employee handed me the brown paper back to bag up my own groceries. This place is a mess. ALOT of younger people working there so things are a mess. I think young adults should be held as accountable as anyone else working there. It's irresponsible to allow them to think that their behavior matters. If they apply for the job, they should be willing to do the job. There has been MANY times that I am waiting to be checked out and a group of employees will be talking back where the burgers and fries are made and they will be hootin' and hollerin' and just talking away while I am looking right at them waiting to be helped. Then they all scatter and still no help. It's ridiculous. I don't know how to get these young adults to care about their job and behavior but management needs to really do something about it. Watch your cameras. Watch how your employees are. Especially at night/evening hours.

I usually only buy milk here when it's on sale. Bought a bag of burgers here once, at that time they only offered five burgers rather than the six on the menu board. Their breakfast offerings are too pork centered, though their pancakes are good. It would be nice if their menu would reflect demographic changes better.

The customer service over the intercom, in the window and when they came to me in the parking space was not good. The dinner meal was missing the gravy. The food that was there was very fresh and good.

Great place to get milk and ice cream. I’ve found that their milk lasts longer than the milk from a grocery store and also tastes better.
