Food usually good. However if you are not lazy and actually go in and order, they will continue to put drive thru orders ahead of yours. 15 minutes to get a chicken club is ridiculous.
Super kind staff. Always go out of their way to make my autistic son just what he wants. Food is always good, ice cream, well it's fantastic. The store is also nice and very well priced.
I have to wonder why my food would not be hot & fresh after I was made to pull up past the drive thru & wait for my order. Braums has a solid product & usually really top notch service. I would hope that in the future the food would be in better condition for folks that are going to wait outside of your drive thru for their order.
