Sad to say that this time on 12/12/2024 at 7.26pm on this place I witnessed the cashier charging me and then doing my milkshake not only not washing his hand or using gloves , but putting the finger in the milkshake, when I ask other member of the staff to do my milkshake he just did nothing, when I got the milkshake I ask the cashier to make o the ones because of his fingers on the milkshakes , he was really angry and started ignoring us ….. I got at the end new milkshakes the cashier was talking about the incident in really bad manner….. I’m sorry but you have the gloves there for a reason

Try to bring my family here to get us a meal for dinner, we have some complications with our orders, and the woman with the purple curly hair, kept rolling her eyes at us and then slammed the window and walked away after we paid

This was my first visit to a Braum’s. The staff was friendly but more interested in gossiping amongst themselves rather than working. As we sat down with our food (which was not hot or even warm) I glanced around and there was food on the floor, and dirt on the window ledge which looks like it’s been there for years and most of the tables were dirty as well. I did bring it up to the manager. She was very kind and apologetic. I’m sure she will get this place shining in no time. The market was by far my favorite. The milk and ice cream are amazing.

Been in line at the drive thru for at least 30m, would leave if it wasn’t for my kids. Literally haven’t moved at all in the last 22min. Poor management and unorganized.

My wife and I tried to eat in this restaurant tonight, but to no avail. We waited in the sandwich line with no one in line from 9:05 to 9:15 pm and kept getting ignored. Got tired of waiting and took out business to Spangles.
