We brought our grandkids in for an early dinner. The store was filthy! Our fries and chicken straps tasted like they were fried in last months oil. The young lady waiting on us was so busy flirting with some guy we had to keep reminding her of what we still needed to complete our order. Have always liked braums. This is just not a location we will eat at again!!!

I ordered food and a drink. My food was ready when I got to the window, but they pulled me forward for a drink. Just a drink, not a shake even.

Braums has good products. This store on Tyler Road has the rudest employees. Three of them very young will stand around at the ice cream counter joking around and not come to the grocery counter. When I ask if someone could help me at the register, they all laughed and talked more before one of them finally came over. An older woman employee was sarcastic and refused to take any change from me but just wanted a bill and make change from what the machine told her.

I have never waited so long for fast food. None of the employees seem to know what they’re doing as many were just standing around. After waiting 20 minutes, our food finally came out it was cold and they messed up our order. The restaurant in general is unclean and disorderly.

They had a hard working crew there tonight!! Food was fresh and tasty!! It came out quick and the whole team was super nice! I didn't catch her name but the blonde girl with the long pony tail was a hell of a worker!

I was disappointed that Braims grocery were out of chopped nuts and cherries as I've come to expect it from them as my go to for family Sundae night. The young man who worked that section was excellent and very helpful and spent several minutes looking in the stock room for the items.

The guy at the drive thru was too busy doing who knows what when we were trying to tell him the order was wrong. He told us to pull fwd and shut the window. I get it, working sucks but come on at least kinda do your job.

Ordered a 6 piece meal got 5 straps kis got a cheeseburger had a hair in it paid for food lady walked off never gave us our drink cups worst braums I've ever ate at

Came in last night and ordered food to go. As I sat and waited I saw multiple people come inside from the drive thru returning food that was wrong. One guy even open a burger and touched it to show employees. The food was taken back by an employee and given to the next customer in line. Gross! This happend 3 times in the 10 minutes i was waiting. Cooks have hair down with no hat on hair flying around. Saw one girls blue pony tail brush across a 4 piece chicken strip order as she was packing it up. Nobody had gloves on. Employees touching money then food without washing their hands! Never coming back here!
