The best in Oklahoma and Kansas
Ordered 2 diet Cokes, received 2 diet Dr. Peppers. Ordered a salad, did not receive croutons. There are 2 other Braums in the vicinity I will patronize them from now on.
New managers please. 2 cars in front of us and empty parking lot. 20+ minutes for a drink. Girl acted like it was a hostage situation, zero idea how to handle 4 orders. Never this location again!! After waiting 15 minutes behind 2 cars WE had to pull up and wait MORE for drinks. Hire mature adults PLEASE!!!
The employees wear so nice to all of us I would come hear again if you want good ice cream and service.
Icecram sundae and banana split was good but not sure why I was given a cup that had a split in the bottom and was leaking all over... Pretty disappointed as this was my first visit and I'm from out of state and just moved here...
Food and ser ice are good, but general cleanliness us always an issue.
I called and asked if I could buy a gallon of ice cream through the drive-thru. NO!
Doesn't make any sense to me. So I went to Dillons since I was going to have to park and go in somewhere, and Dillons has more items, so Braums lost a sale
Went through the drive thru and they verified my order when I ordered. Got vanilla instead of chocolate. When I told the lady at the drive thru she gave me a dirty look took the icecream threw it in the garbage and only replaced the one thing and not both. Very bad attitude for something that was their mistake. Not the first time they had made a mistake in my order. Last time I go back!!!!
Got the entire order wrong
I went into this location to get some fries and ice cream . The young lady, Marissa was just the sweetest, she got me taken care of ! Such wonderful customer service and the food was fresh. I will be definitely coming back to this location. It’s nice to see good customer service.
