I've been standing here waiting on my food for 20 minutes and I'm still 5 orders behind the next one. Never have I experienced such slow service at any Braums except this one. You're better off heading to Spangles.
This location ALWAYS has the worst staff. Hands down. Every time it takes 5 minutes to get anyone's attention to order, it's service with a frown, never a please or thank you. ZERO customer service. For the love of all things holy change all the staff from management down

This is so disappointing. I love the strawberry poppyseed salad but the last couple of times it is chicken, lettuce, and one old cut up strawberry. What happened to the blueberries and pineapple? The chicken on it is hard and cold. I would literally come here every day and get one if it was made the way it is supposed to be.

I was at home tending to myself and I received a phone call from my son saying he ordered a peanut nut butter sake and it had glass in it. From the Braums on north rock road. I have a gift card as I’m typing and i think I would toss it. Keep serving glass and you will get sued. I did call the manager on duty and, She suggested come get Another one. NO THANKS
