During primero time, Saturday at 6pm, this id what my fries looked like. Very soft, unfresh, and burnt. Also my cherry lime aid tastes very weird- I don't know if it tastes like a cleaning solution or if the ingredients are bad/expired. I will not be going to this location again.

There was some struggling with the staff and getting the correct order within the last year or so. HOWEVER I have notice a huge improvement in the last 6 months. The newer staff were very polite as well as the previous that are still around. I forgot the evening shift managers name but she is awesome 👌 👏.

They can never seem to get the order right—whether it’s the drink, the meal size, or even basic items like fries or condiments. If you’re expecting what you actually ordered, prepare to be disappointed. I even ordered the more expensive club sandwich and got nothing but bread and a plain chicken patty. This place has really gone downhill.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at 3:01, took 10 minutes so I figured hey they're probably dropping them fresh, which was the case. 3 bites into i can tell it's raw because it should have been piping hot, then I found the nice undercooked slimy portion right in the middle and the girl took the food and said they'd get me another. First of all, I don't want to wait 10 minutes for another sandwich. Second of all. How did you not cook it to temp right in TEN minutes the first time.

Really wanted to rate this place better as we've been enjoying it the last couple times we visited but our last order went terrible.

I ordered one burger as a meal, and another burger just the sandwich. After playing around on the computer (trying to figure out how to make it just a burger it turns out), the employee gave me a total that seemed high but I didn't think much at first. After paying I looked at my receipt and saw she rang up the second sandwich as a meal with a water since she couldn't figure out how to do it correctly.

Ok, she's new and learning it seems, and that's fine. Someone should teach her not to just charge the customer more by doing this though. So I paid the price of a meal I didn't really want but instead of making it a big deal and asking for a refund and adjustment, I explained to another employee and showed them the receipt, asking if they could just make the water a shake (for those who don't know had I ordered this way it wouldn't have been an up charge - you can swap the drink for a smaller sized shake at no charge, as I did for the first meal). I WASN'T ASKING FOR ANYTHING EXTRA OR ANY COMPENSATION.

After quite the wait and the rest of the food getting cold, I got the shake I actually ordered. When I asked about the other, the second employee I asked said that was the shake I ordered. I had to explain all over again that I never wanted the second meal, but if I paid for it, I want a shake and not a water (that they never even tried giving me by the way)!

She told the employee making the shakes to make me another one, and her tone was as if she was trying to satisfy me as a begger coming in to the restaurant asking for a free add on or meal. Again, I PAID for everything I received, and received nothing extra!

To top it off, I ordered the sandwich with no onion (clearly on the receipt), and even that couldn't have been done correctly. What a disaster of an experience.

Worst braums experience of my life. I’m from Oklahoma and am in town for work. I went in to get a shake. First problem, the drive thru line was severely backed up, so I decided to go inside. Inside the workers are arguing and yelling at each other over who’s making what order. Secondly, I get my order taken, the shake I ordered was solid ice cream, couldn’t even drink it, I had to use a spoon. Lastly, the worker helping me was very sarcastic and had a smart ass behavior. He didn’t not offer me a receipt.

One of my all-time fav fast food places. It's a 50/50 shot if you get a friendly person to take your oder. Lots of young idc attitudes in there. However still a great place to eat.

Came a few times while in town at a hotel next door. Every time I asked questions about basic things (hey what burrito do you have that's sausage and cheese?) They were aggravated etc and id never been to a Braums before. I genuinely didn't know and wasn't trying to take a long time. This last time I pulled up at 8:15am. One car was before me. I sat at the speaker for 3 minutes before giving up and pulling off because no one was greeting or trying to take orders after that. The car behind me left empty handed too. I won't waste my time coming back since it's such an inconvenience
