Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I went to buy ice today and an employee was literally in the fentanyl fold across from the ice. I made eye contact with another worker and you could they were annoyed by the fact that they were subject to this. It’s pretty sad that this place doesn’t take action for the safety of their customers and staff. Overall they have a very good staff and I would tell anyone they are a great place to go, but today was not that day!

Just got a plain chocolate shake from here and was greeted in silence by some young gentlemen. The shake was good until I found peanut skin in it :( Thank goodness I wasn’t allergic to nuts because my partner found some in his “plain” chocolate shake too. Three stars because of the poor greeting and peanut skin. 😔

Awful experience. This was an order at dinner time. Fries were cold and very old, burger was undercooked and disgusting, and the shake was just pure liquid and had spilt down the cup making it all sticky.

I'm an adult child in an ice cream shop. In December smh. What can I say I really love it.

I almost walked out before even ordering. As I walked up to the counter I walked up to two employees who clearly saw me because they walked over. They were in the middle of a conversation about how they were “so done” and “didn’t want to be there” etc. they BOTH stood right in front of me while they finished their conversation about how over it they were, while I stood there waiting to order.

Food was fine, shake was fine, customer service severely lacking.

I ordered 2 regular qtr lb burgers and 3 fries. Got home with 3 hamburgers -- a dbl qtr pounder, guac burger and jalapeño burger-- none of which we wanted to eat. Did get the fries. Doesnt anyone check the orders going out?? We ended up throwing out the hamburgers and made our own.

Quality food. Love the ice cream.

Flabbergasting experience at store 211 on N Maize Rd in Wichita. Went through drive through and ordered a bag of burritos. I was asked to pull forward to the "window" and wait for my food which I did. After 10 min I called the store as I thought they forgot me. I was told that someone brought my food to the door RIGHT around the corner from the window and after trying to get my attention (I am hard of hearing and was playing on my phone) and took the food back inside. It would have literally caused her to step off the sidewalk and take maybe 3 steps to hand me my food. Instead they were prepared to just see how long I would wait for food that I already paid for. I am still shaking my head.

Consistently one of the better Braum's around town. Orders come out right, food unburnt. End up here more frequently than I'd like to admit.
