Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

The ice cream was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this place for ice cream. I wish we only had it where I lived.

I went to Braums this morning. Wanted to try their breakfast. I was the only customer in the store. One employee serving customers. Waited and waited without any acknowledgment while the girl kept busy I guess, with the drive through lane. Finally walked out. Why is it so difficult to find staff? Pay them and you will keep them. I wont be back soon. QTrip serves a pretty good breakfast and always is well staffed with good service and a good product. Take your business elsewhere.

OK, I thought I would try again to buy a breakfast at this place. Thought I would give them a second chance. No luck. Walked in, and waited while the sole employee serving customers took orders from a group of older women. I waited and eventually walked out when it was obvious they were taking a long time to order. Tried the drive thru. Only one at the order station. Waited, "we'll be right with you" right. Waited again. Finally drove off. Got a breakfast at a QT down the street again. Dont bother to eat breakfast at this place. The owners either dont want to staff this place in the morning or just dont give a damn. Either way, no service equals no business.

Ice cream strawberry with hamburger for lunch is too notch

We 20$ got a grilled chicken club sandwich and a double bacon Swiss mushroom burger and the chicken was as hard as a rock and the hamburger was burnt, or they been sitting for quite a while. 20$ and couldn't even eat the food.

Reasonably priced groceries. 2 gallon ice $7.00 a great deal. But last time I bought 4 boxes of vanilla cones they tasted stale. Did not see any date on the box.

I do lunch at this location nearly everyday because I like salad for lunch and they have a great salad. The team at this Braums location are top notch! My meal is always complete and delicious. ?

This store #301, 5730 E Central, Wichita, KS IS FREEZING COLD EVERY SINGLE TIME WE COME IN HERE, which is one of two times a week. And don't tell me it's to keep ice cream cold, or I could use the drive through! I don't like drive through because the order is always missing something. And the freezers should be keeping the ice cream frozen, not the A/C!! We are not happy!

After I left Southern California, I quickly started to learn how spoiled I was, and how much worse all food everywhere in the USA is in comparison. However, Braum's is worthy of praise and could stand on their own even in the greater Los Angeles area if they opened a location there.

Are they the best burgers? No, they're good though. Then what gives? Why did I give them a 5 star? Okay, so I was moving from Washington, Pennsylvania to Sioux City, Iowa (look it up on Google maps, it's important) and I made SURE we took a detour down here to Wichita, Kansas just to get their MILKSHAKES!

How do you feel about Girl Scouts Thin Mints cookies? Do you keep them in the freezer like I do, so they're extra minty and crispy when you eat them? Well, Braum's Mint Shake tastes like a milkshake version of exactly that. Why else do you think we drove hundreds of miles and multiple days out of the way just to get a milkshake? Yes, they ARE that good here!

What's not to like? The place is like Baskin Robins (31 flavors of ice cream) and a burger joint at the same time, who makes shakes out of whatever ice cream you point at. Maybe when I move again or get to go on vacation I'll come back down...

Great team out here! Always happy with the customer service and the quality of their food, ice cream, and other products!! I make the extra drive to shop at this Braum's!
