We ordered this chicken fried chicken before, and it was great. They must have a different cook- I won’t use Bricktown again! Our chicken fried chicken crust was almost burnt, and super salty. The green beans were chewy and stringy- did they cook them for only a couple of minutes? The mashed potatoes were just ok- nothing like last time we ordered. Also- they completely forgot my husband’s coleslaw. (We had it delivered)

I can understand a wait for item(s) if restaurant is busy. But to have to wait for 1 item when the restaurant is not busy is extremely ridiculous. I was told food should be available in 2 minutes, 15 minutes later I am still waiting….

LOVE this place. The food is EXCELLENT! It can be a little loud at times, but they offer seasonal outdoor seating.
Our favourite place to go celebrate: you get great food for a very fair price along with good tap beer - we love a deal like that! 🍻🍔 see you soon!

Our server made our first visit a success. I'm a sucker for a good burger and sweet potato fries... Toss in a cold beer and good company. Boom! Good times.

The food was not my favorite. I had gotten the mac and cheese with chicken and the trio dipper and it was subpar to say the least. The guacamole for the dipper had no flavor and the mac and cheese was...mac and cheese. The avocado melt lacked flavor as well but the french fries were nice and crunchy. My server was very nice and attentive so not a terrible experience. My food came out fairly quick as well.

The food is delicious, drinks were really good too. But out server was on her phone the entire time. We couldn’t get her attention for more drinks, napkins etc… it’s too bad because the food is great!

What can I say about Bricktown that I hadn't said in the previous review. The wait staff are always courteous and check on you. It's no louder than any other dine-in restaurant and the wait is the same..... The food is always amazing and we've never left disappointed at either of the two Wichita locations. It's our go to family sit down restaurant in the area and I order the French Onion Soup every time.
