Our server made our first visit a success. I'm a sucker for a good burger and sweet potato fries... Toss in a cold beer and good company. Boom! Good times.

The food was not my favorite. I had gotten the mac and cheese with chicken and the trio dipper and it was subpar to say the least. The guacamole for the dipper had no flavor and the mac and cheese was...mac and cheese. The avocado melt lacked flavor as well but the french fries were nice and crunchy. My server was very nice and attentive so not a terrible experience. My food came out fairly quick as well.

The food is delicious, drinks were really good too. But out server was on her phone the entire time. We couldn’t get her attention for more drinks, napkins etc… it’s too bad because the food is great!

What can I say about Bricktown that I hadn't said in the previous review. The wait staff are always courteous and check on you. It's no louder than any other dine-in restaurant and the wait is the same..... The food is always amazing and we've never left disappointed at either of the two Wichita locations. It's our go to family sit down restaurant in the area and I order the French Onion Soup every time.

On vacation visiting family, stopped in for a quick bite. There were 3 of us, and we enjoyed all 3 meals. We were really impressed with our server, Emily. She was quick, attentive and very kind. �

Ordered door dash from our hotel room. Awesome chicken fried steak. Wish we were able to visit in person to get a beer. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Fantastic atmosphere, food was terrific and great prices for the amount of food served. But the best thing about our visit was the service. Went in with about 12 people (business trip) and normally we get multiple servers at these dinners and she handled us alone. Our drinks were never empty, food came out quick and hot. She was friendly and ran her but off. I believe her name was Kennedy, but could be wrong, did start with a K.
This young lady did an amazing job.

Gluten free bun Bricktown Burger is worth it. Usually gluten free foods at restaurants suck but their GF products are delicious. Sweet potato fries are great! I’ve ordered them so many times and it’s always the same quality. Nice atmosphere for any day and nice location.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread options are very good.
Once again the management out did themselves! We eat here on the regular and always have a good experience! We ordered take out, drove 30mins back to our house and realized they forgot one of our sides. I called just to have them take it off since we didn’t get it, and they refunded our whole entree! I told them they didn’t have to but they insisted. The food was great and the manager SO NICE! Not only is the food good, it keeps me coming back that we’ve always had the best experiences with the staff.

Best restaurant I've eaten at in Wichita. The waitress actually listened. My chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and fried okra were so good I forgot I was watching the game. I had to personally thank the chef. The music was at a nice volume and I didn't hear others' conversation. I definitely recommend.
